"Towels were dirty, the tub didn’t have a plug, the sheets on the bed had cigarette holes burned into them, the room was so hot it took most of the over night stay to cool it (it was only 85 outside), the “suite” is not a suite it is a single room with 2 beds. They only give you one key card. The only thing positive I have to say is breakfast had a good selection and Walmart was close by."

"I booked rooms for myself and friends for the Alumni Class Reunion. There were over 300 plus alumni in the city who had hotel reservations at various locations in the town. I have attempted to discuss issues with the manager, Michelle Johnson, who will not return my calls and have continued to avoid me. I want to caution my family, classmates and friends of the unprofessionalism and not considering this hotel for the next major event or stay for any reason. I have contacted Hilton and other staff in upper management and I won't stop until this issue is resolved due to my requirement of the best customer service."
