"My experience at GK Hill Resort was terrible from start to finish. The quality of the food was very poor — definitely not what you expect from a resort. After swimming, we asked the manager Subramanian for tea. He told us it would only be served at 4:30 PM. We politely said that’s fine, he can give it now and again at 4:30, and if it’s chargeable we are okay with that. But the tea they served tasted like it was made in the morning and just reheated. When we complained, Subramanian rudely insisted it was freshly made, which was clearly untrue. The manager's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I genuinely don’t understand how someone with such behaviour is handling guests or holding a manager position. Even the activities were completely mismanaged. The staff seemed clueless, slow, and had no coordination. Overall, a very bad experience. I definitely DO NOT recommend visiting GK Hill Resort. Total waste of money and time."
