"My daughter and I went to this hotel because she had a soccer tournament. Quiet time is 10 pm, at 1230 in the morning I had to call the front desk to ask them to please talk to the drunk people from THEIR bar to please quiet down. Instead I was told at 1230 in the morning that my daughter and I could move rooms. After my daughter's first game the next morning we had a few hours until her next. I ask the front desk for a late check out so I could try to make up some of the missed sleep from the night before. They said yes. My daughter amd I went to our room, she put her headphones on and was messing with her phone. I just went to sleep and someone came in my room. It was not even check out time. It scared my daughter half to death. I went to check what they wanted and the lady who came in was in the middle of cleaning the next room. She came in to my room because it was quiet, so she thought nobody was there. Was she there to steal stuff? Management doesn't care about either situation and corporate says they will call back but never do. I suggest never staying at this location or any Marriott. VERY VERY POOR UPPER MANAGEMENT"

"A series of small issues made this trip extremely unpleasant resulting in zero sleep. Lamp on desk didn’t work when I needed a work station, the TV didn’t work at all, the heater/AC unit and a really annoying squeal when it turned on, the bed appeared slept in and the covers simply pulled up and to top it all off, the alarm clock went off at 4:45am by itself. Top it off with no ice or vending on the third floor, paper thin walls that allowed me to clearly listen to my neighbors conversations from the bathroom and a 6-9am breakfast that wasn’t open at 6am when I got there at 6am. Lights were off and nobody was around. Hard to figure out what made it worth $110/night."

"If you are looking for perfection, this is as close as you're going to get for the money. Clean rooms, clean beds, and beyond friendly staff. Vick is the nicest and most helpful front desk person I've met. It's quiet, and after 10pm even their front door is locked. Breakfast is from 6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends. Good choices for breakfast from ceral to bagels to biscuits n gravy. Light stuff too, like fruit and yogurt. The dining area is spotless. They have the typical crazy design carpet in the hallways. Vending on every floor. Very nice place! Will definitely be back!"
