"Plenty of car parking, Good comms for access to building, Nice and warm temp, good size room in number one. Clean, plenty of storage, No internet. not a problem, Cold breakfast in the room which was fine, shower easy to understand, nice towels, good lighting, would come back again. Close to pub for ev meal and drinks. Taxi ride to Chapel Down. "

"Bit of a late review but wanted to add it as this is a really nice place to stay. Stayed here for one night as needed to travel into Cranbrook and this was a lovely little B&B. The room we had was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for the night and the next morning. We had tea and coffee facilities in the room plus a fridge and a big, comfy double bed with lovely pillows, cushions and bedding all nice and clean. The furniture in the room was lovely too. We had an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet all nice and clean. We ate dinner during the evening in the pub downstairs, the food was really declious. Breakfast too, the next morning was delicious, lots of choice. The only thing to say is that there are no shops or facilities nearby. Would definitely stay here again."

The team provided brilliant service when we had to make an emergency journey that meant we did not get back to the hotel until after the kitchens would have normally closed. But they kept the kitchen open and prepared a fresh meal for our anniversary celebration 11/10!"
