"Hvg stayed here a number of times, this has been on a fast downward ltrajectory over the past 5 yrs. Tv did not work, Manager got one from another room as we already unpacked and didn’t want to move again. Phone did not work. Floor did not appear to be swept. As usual, lobby filled w boxes. When the hotel has so few guests why are u placed right next to the conjoining room? We requested room in back and wr told because we booked thru you we could not be moved!! We wr up til midnight w loud TV and noisy adjoining room guests. The hotel was just abt empty. Breakfast buffet sscant. Juice machine not working due to Fla Natural contract w Wyndham??? Ridiculous!!"
