"I am a licensed contractor in home improvement located in Los Gatos, California. I enjoyed this hotel very much!!! Bedroom: Room is 5 stars. Excellent decor. Couch should have smaller throw pillows to support your head while you're watching TV. There is no nightlight, (red allows for illumination but minimizes "brain wake", and is easier for vision to adjust to the dark. So it is easier to fall asleep.) Cafeteria: Ginger was very kind, professional, (plain and simple,) a real sweet heart and a true asset to the Residence Inn, and deserves a raise. Breakfast Selection: Breakfast gets 5 stars. Lobby: Excellent decor, Shannon and Railyn get 5 stars. I had a very nice conversation with Shannon, and Railyn helped me look for my wallet, when I had lost it. Thank you, Best Regards, Ricardo"

"I've been in and out of here since June for work and I'm leaving tomorrow. Raylin was one of the main people that I would normally see on a constant basis. Great "sales-lady" when it comes to recommendations on food around the area as well as your downstairs chocolates (the espresso one is the best). Great customer service all around from not just her but everyone. The cleaning staff does an awesome job keeping up on everything and the salt water pool feels amazing. It's a very good location across from a cigar/bar.(also recommend) The atmosphere is definitely a vibe. The rooms are decently sized. It's quiet in the halls and even if people were loud I cant here them in my room. I cant tell you about monetary value seeing as I didn't pay for it and the company did, however if YOU value a hardworking kind courteous considerate staff who goes above and beyond day in and day out then I guarantee this is where you want to be."
