"This truly was the most wonderful hotel i’ve been to! The staff are just unbelievably kind, thoughtful, professional, always always going the extra mile for the guests. The rooms and views are just wonderful, and so is the spa! A perfect relaxation after a day of skiing. And wow - the food! Incredible variety and presentation, and such amazing tastes every single day! I would recommend this to everyone and im already planning my next trip to this hotel!"

"My husband and I stayed a weekend at this beautiful property in the center of town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the rooms were new and spacious, the pool area and spa were wonderful, the hotel was very well-maintained, and the breakfasts and dinners were excellent, with something for everyone. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Highly recommended!"

"Spent the week skiing with six other friends. Fantastic location close to the slopes. The hotel has a great atmosphere with truly friendly and authentic staff in all departments. Food was excellent every night and breakfast too. Skied in the Dolomites the last two years but this place was a different level and very reasonably priced. We will be back."

"The Luna Welness hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of good quality and very clean. Whilst we were staying there the rooms were that hot that I had to turn down the radiator. The spa is just what you need after a day on the ski slopes although the strict Covid restrictions were a little over the top in my opinion, why you had to wear a swim cap is a mystery to me! The bar is an excellent place to relax and the head barman Andre will mix you the finest Aperol Spritz in the whole of Italy...trust me. The complementry sandwiches and cakes in the afternoon after a day on the slopes was again very helpful and delicious. All in all a great place that I have visited before and will definately visit again. Thank You."

"The hotel was booked through Crystal Ski. The location is amazing for skiing. Ski to and from the boot room onto a red run. It's around 30 seconds down to the gondola. The boot room contains a ski hire shop as well. The room was cleaned every day. It had a mini-bar, safe and a tv. For 3 adult males sharing a room, only having a double bed and a sofa-bed was not a great sleeping experience and the reception staff didn't want to fix that problem. Breakfast was a rather poor affair with un-steamed milk in the cappuccino and luke--warm water for tea. Im sure the scrambled "egg" had never seen actual egg. The pastries and cereal were good. Evening meals were a much better affair - buffet every night and 3 courses. Each night served something different. Note: the water put on the tables is not free and I was hit with a 33 Euro bill for water! Even though I had been told by a waiter that the water was free. There is a well equiped gym - treadmill, 2 bikes, elliptic trainer, large set of dumbells and several weight machines. Also has a pool, sauna and steam room. You will need a swim hat or have to pay the 3Euro to buy one in the pool area. There is a well laid out, spacious bar area with a very loud karaoke singer who drowns out all conversations in the bar when singing. The wifi is free but really struggled with anything other than static pages - streaming such as YouTube lead to constant buffering."

"Amazing hotel with great owners and super tasty food. It is located 200 meters from ski lift and there is a ski bus that picks you up and drops you every few min. This is our second time in this hotel and we absolutely love it. Food is great, fresh and super tasty. My son loved a playroom where they have games, watch movies and spend time after a busy days skiing. There is also a hot tub and saunas that you can book. Interior of the hotel and rooms is very beautiful. We will be back next year!"
