"Outrageous expensive for what they are offering! Everything is poor and shabby! The personnel is very unpleasant, not polite at all and giving you a very bad feeling. The property is located on the main drive way and thus very noisy. Everything is old and of low quality - the prices they are asking they are far for being justified!!!!! They are asking hotel prices for a shabby place. For breakfast you have to buy water , otherwise you do not have it!!!! The garden of the property looks awful! Their only aim is to get a lot of money for nothing ! The rest does not count! Keep away! On the same strret there are better properties to select!"

"This hotel is absolutely abysmal. My husband booked this hotel accidentally. It was a mistake of a lifetime. This hotel is located on a busy street. The location is landlocked by constant traffic which makes It very difficult to go anywhere during the day. The security is non existent. The gates are open all day long. Any random person can walk into the hotel who is not a guest and god forbid could wreak havoc on hotel guests. The rooms look like stucco townhouses from the 1980s in Idaho. You would never think you’re in France. You are greeted by a fire extinguisher at your door. The rooms are vile. Not clean, dirty stained black grout, horrendous decor. The bed feels like a mattress that hasn’t been replaced in 20 years. The staff is a group of young 20 something’s with almost no experience. The shower is a small hand shower mounted to the wall. It floods the entire bathroom. The towels feel like cardboard and not clean. I am crawling out of my skin putting my body on the surfaces of this dump. I feel duped and violated for being charged the amount of money we are paying. This is a 3 star hotel at best. My stay here has ruined my trip to st tropez unfortunately."

"We arrived in Saint Tropez at 10pm, and got instructions from hotel how to get to the room. Around 11 pm we was next to the gate, we enter a code , in fifth time gate was open. We enter with car inside. To the right in was a hotel itself. In description we got from the hotel our room was a up at the stairs. We checked all doors! All doors was closed! We started to call to hotel , no one pick up phone ! And it was just 11 pm . We was making car signal , no one was around ! On the way back a gate was shut down !!! We was locked inside territory of the hotel! We called taxi, no one reply , coz it’s not a season ! Only one hotel with a price room 500€ sent a taxi for us ! We climbed of a wall 3 mtr to get out !!! We lest our car inside !!! In the morning taxi took us same location!!! So it is mean we enter right destination!!! Google maps also say same location we came a night before !!! Hostess texted us to took a car in the morning or she will give us fine 2000€ ! Interesting how we was supposed to took a car if a code not working??? And who was inside if after 100 car signal no one came to us ??"
