"Ron and Laura's Bed and Breakfast is what a bed and breakfast should be. It is a beautifully restored and fitted period house with a history dating back to the Civil War. There are numerous displays in the house of relics and memorabilia from the period, including the battle itself. It helps guests immerse themselves in the history of the town and the battle itself and is a far better experience than a sterile hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with in-suite bathrooms. They are furnished true to the period, although, thankfully, the bathrooms are not true to the 1860s. The house is spotless and has been restored with loving attention to detail. The bedrooms are upstairs and there is no elevator. Just an FYI. It is quiet and I slept soundly. Rooms have heating and cooling so you can be comfortable year round. Breakfast is home cooked and extravagant. It fueled us for a day of touring the battlefield. Service is impeccable and our hosts were very friendly and informative. The location is in the heart of Gettysburg is a street that reflects the history of the town. There is free parking behind the house reached through a couple of back alleys. Great value and an even greater experience."

"リバティスキーリゾートから約20分。 。 。ホテルの設備は非常に新しく、朝食は自家製ワッフルも用意しています。たまたま大雪に遭遇し、レストランに座って雪景色を見ましたが、残念ながら雪が大きすぎて、軍人の記念碑がよく見えませんでした。 部屋は比較的広く、とても清潔で整頓されていて、価格はとても高いです。"
