"A week with a small tour group at the Margaretenhof: Solo travelers were given a double room, which was relatively spacious for one person. The furniture wasn't ultramodern, but perfectly adequate. A mini-fridge was provided, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Parking is available. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide selection. Dinner was also very good. The staff was consistently attentive and friendly. The hotel also has a small garden with sun loungers. The location is beautiful, quiet, and close to nature. However, this also makes it somewhat remote; it's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, and the bus only runs once an hour to Königstein. The nearest supermarket is in Königstein (apart from two vending machines at the bus stop)."

"We spontaneously booked a double room including breakfast for a few days' getaway. We received a very warm welcome, the house was very well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Although it's located on the main road in Ghorisch, this shouldn't deter you at all, as there's very little traffic. Breakfast was very varied, with fantastic local products and a huge selection of cold cuts, cheeses, egg dishes, and more. In the evenings, we were also pleasantly surprised by the wonderful dishes in the restaurant (we didn't book half-board), all of which were absolutely delicious. The option to dine outside in the mornings and evenings in such beautiful weather was the icing on the cake 🤩. The staff are happy to give you tips for great excursions.
