It was a great stay. Perfect location to everywhere by walking , bus or train. The bed is very comfortable . Rooms are very spacious. They left a little note and treat for my birthday . Having coffee all day long and little treats, and water is also very helpful . Thanks for everything

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

20代女子一人旅です。お盆休みの間4泊させていただきました。総じてオススメです！またバルセロナに来る際にはリピします！ ◆部屋、ホテル全体 お部屋は写真通り体感4畳くらい(?)のこぢんまりとした部屋になりますが、キャリーも広げられますし一人旅には十分です！むしろ広いホテル使いきれないことが多いのでちょうどよかったです！ 水回りに関しても清潔ですし、水圧も問題ありません。 細かいことですが、洗面台に物が置けるとか、近くに持参のアメニティポーチやタオルをを引っ掛けるフックがあるとか細部が使いやすくてとてもありがたかったです。 フロントには24時間スタッフがいらっしゃるので何か困ったことがあればいつでも聞けますし、外出するたびにフロントへ鍵を預けて帰ってきた時には事前に撮った鍵の写真を見せて受け取るのですが一人旅には毎朝毎晩行ってらっしゃい！楽しんでね！おかえり！などの一言が聞けるのが嬉しかったです☺︎ ◆立地アクセス 空港への直通バスが出ていたりdesigual、ZARAなどのショッピングができるカタルーニャ広場へは徒歩15分かからないくらいです。キャリーバッグを持っての移動も全然苦ではなかったです。ホテルの周りは人通りも多いですし2、3分で有名なレストランのある通りにも行けるのでよかったです。ボケリア市場へ徒歩10分くらいでした。 夏のバルセロナは暑くて半日歩き回るとヘトヘトになっていたのでホテルが中心部にあるおかげで一度ホテルへ戻って休憩してまたお出かけ〜とかもできてよかったです。 最後に！初日1階の扉の開け方がわからなくて少し戸惑いましたがインターフォン押すとロックを解除してくれるのでそれで中に入れました🙆♀️

コンサートのために3日間滞在しました。目的は、コンサート会場の近くで、安価で（！）、しかし良質で安全な朝食付きの宿泊施設を見つけることでした。2つの候補で迷いましたが、最終的にここに決め、全く後悔していません。この価格帯では本当に素晴らしい選択肢です。2人用に3人部屋を予約しましたが、2人部屋がなかったため、最終的には4人部屋に案内されました。毎日清掃に入り、タオルを交換し、ベッドを整えてくれました。フロントのスタッフもホテル全体も、とても親切で笑顔が素敵で、心優しい方ばかりでした。いつも助けてくれ、気分を盛り上げてくれました。朝食は豪華ではありませんが、美味しくて新鮮で、全く申し分ありません（パン、シリアル、ヨーグルト、コーヒー、ジュース、フルーツ、サンドイッチ）。立地は完璧で、市内のどこへでも簡単に行け、地下鉄/バス停までは文字通り2分です。通りは可愛らしく居心地が良く、部屋も全く不満はありません。窓、テレビ、独立したトイレとシャワー、エアコン付きの広々とした部屋です。寒くありませんでした。多くの人が「壁が薄い」とか騒音について不平を言っていましたが、確かに時々隣の部屋や廊下からの音が聞こえましたが、私たちには全く気になりませんでした。もしまたバルセロナに行く機会があれば、間違いなくこのホテルを再度検討します🥰

レセプションでは、すべてを詳しく説明してくれたとても親切で親切な女性がいます。また、サイトでは都市地図やガイドも利用できます。部屋は写真と完全に一致しており、タオル、ヘアドライヤー、シャワージェル、温度調節可能なエアコンが含まれます。遮音性は完璧ではありませんが、滞在中は騒がしいゲストがいなかったので、睡眠には影響しませんでした。レセプションの近くには共有冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり、とても便利です。場所は素晴らしいです:近くにショップ、カフェ、公共交通機関がある静かで安全なエリア、そしてリラックスしたペースでサグラダファミリアまで徒歩約35– 40分。市内中心部に近い便利で快適で安全な宿泊施設をお探しなら、この場所を強くお勧めします。

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Even though it is a very simple accommodation with shared bathrooms, the room was bigger than expected, everything was extremely clean and comfortable, with newly renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds, and the staff was really friendly and nice. They even cleaned my room every day which was unexpected! There is no air conditioning in the room, which can be challenging in the hot Barcelona summer nights, but there is a very good, modern and quiet ceiling fan that really helped. The price might seem a bit expensive for what you get, but this is Barcelona... it's difficult to find something decent and well located for a lower price. All in all, it was a great stay!

Everything is good. The location near from metro Sant Adrea Artigues. Many stores, like bar, food, supermarkt, and etc near from the hotel. You can request the staff to clean the room. In the living room there is a place to gather together, relax, eat and there is a microwave too.

ホステル エルカノには嬉しい驚きでした。スタッフはフレンドリーで、24 時間のサポートがあり、何の問題もありませんでした。静かな週末を過ごしたい方に便利

Dans un quartier très vivant. Parking pratique et surtout gratuit, une rareté. Chambre correcte. Literie correcte. Défauts: pas de passage de la femme de ménage le 2eme jour, manque de rangement pour les habits, une petite cafetière à dosettes dans la chambre serait un petit plus.

Les points négatif : Aucune isolation on entends tous ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, le prix est élevé pour la qualité de l'hôtel. Manque de propreté, murs abîmés, effrité. Les toilettes et salle de bain laisse à desirer Les points positifs sont l'emplacement, l'amabilité du personnel, réception 24h/24h et le confort des lits/matelas.
