バルサルネスのおすすめアパートメントホテル

部屋は素晴らしく、ベッドルームが2つ、リビングルームが2つ、バスルームが2つととても便利でした。キッチンも設備が整っていて、ロフトには洗濯機と乾燥機もありました。立地も便利で、近くにはレストランも多く、中華系スーパーやコンビニもいくつかありました。家族旅行に最適です。ただ、チェックインとチェックアウトがオンラインで手続きが必要だったのが少し不便でした。ホテルで税金を支払うように言われましたが、フロントがないためオンラインで手続きする必要があり、少し不便でした。

This apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight. The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table. There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days! The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros. We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!  Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

場所は素晴らしいランブラス通り沿い、ボケリア市場の向かいにあり、空港のバスステーションからはわずか数分です。 チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズで、フロントの対応も良く、質問にも丁寧に答えていただきました。 部屋の設備は平均的で、装飾は非常に安っぽいです。 食器洗い機はありません。電磁調理器の出力が弱すぎて、*を調理するのに時間がかかります。蓋のない小さな鍋があります。洗濯機があり、衣服は窓枠に干す必要があります。 シーツは新品ですが、毛があります。もしかしたら、よく洗えていなかったのかもしれません。

Location: I would say is really a good location. 5mins walk to metro line 3 . One to two station. Connection to other line. Near to lots of supermarket and local restaurants. Wifi : is slow. I did a speed test, download speed only 1.8mpbs and download speed about 0.8mpbs. Washing machine do not comes with dryer. Is only spin dry. The size of washing machine is small and not able to wash big load pls note if u required. We stay for 5 days, and the washing kit they provide is miserable. Only one capsules for washing . During check in , we have only 4 persons. They told me during booking we indicate 5 persons. And we have to input 5 persons and pay for 5 person Barcelona tax. Hence pls note this if u do not want pay for extra nothing. If any changes to your booking pls update before you arrive .

The apartment was okay, great location, about 15-20 mins walk to Pg. de Gràcia & Plaça de Catalunya. There is no staff at the apartment, the entrance code was received before check-in. There is an elevator for travellers with luggage. The apartment was tidy but some areas were a little dusty. Soundproofing was pretty bad even with the windows closed. There is a welcome pack given with oil, salt, pepper etc. Dishwashing liquid and 1 laundry pod was given as well. There is also dishwashing tablet, even though there's no dishwasher in the apartment. However, there is no kitchen towel. Bathroom amenities were also very minimal for our 4-night stay. Drying rack was also broken. Additionally, there is a security deposit of €300, they only returned it more than a week later after messaging and reminding them. I doubt they will return the deposit if I didn't ask.

地下鉄には近いですが、主要な観光スポットへはバスで行く必要があります。 住宅街の裏通りや路地にあり、観光地ではないため、人通りは少ないです。早朝や深夜の外出はご注意ください。 部屋の防音対策は不十分で、他の部屋で水を使う音が聞こえました。 フロントやスタッフサービスはありませんでした。メールで連絡したところ、すぐに対応してくれました。チェックインは指示に従ってスムーズに進みましたが、ある程度の語学力が必要でした。 しかし、スタッフが不在だったため、午前5時頃、突然、耳をつんざくような警報音が鳴り響きました。火災なのか、警察なのか、地震なのか、原因が分からず、自力で調べるしかありませんでした。誰も外に出ようとしませんでした。午前6時頃に警報が自然に止まるまで、誰も対処しませんでした。非常に恐ろしく、ひどい経験でしたが、幸い何も起こりませんでした。それ以来、この出来事を説明するメールは受け取っていません。 荷物預かりサービスは利用できません。提携の荷物預かり所があるとのことでしたが、割引はあるものの有料で、料金は不明です。荷物を預かってもらえないのは非常に不便です。 朝食は予約できず、近くにレストランもほとんどありません。 一言で言えば、最悪の滞在体験でし​​た。二度とここには泊まりません。 良い点は、部屋が比較的新しく、広々としており、共用エリアも広いことです。

駅から徒歩4分、最高の立地です。 部屋は説明と異なり、部屋の写真も掲載されているものとは異なっていました。予約情報にはダブルベッド1台、シングルベッド2台、ソファベッド1台と記載されていたため、4名で2ベッドルームのアパートメントを予約しました。しかし、私たちが受け取った部屋にはシングルベッドが1台なく、結局1人がリビングルームのソファベッドで寝ることになってしまいました。これは予約時の私の考えとは異なり、リビングルームで寝たくなかったのです！ 受付のスタッフと話をしたところ、別の手配をしてもらえなかったことにとてもがっかりしました！ 正直なところ、リビングルームやソファベッドで寝たくなかったので、3ベッドルームのアパートメントを予約したかったです。 部屋の写真、予約情報、不適切な手配の誤りにより、満足のいく滞在ではありませんでした。

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything you need for a nice visit. The location is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful whenever I reached out. The only thing to know in advance is that you have to contact the hotel by WhatsApp or email to receive your access code before arriving. I didn’t realize this at first, so I ended up waiting around 40 minutes in the lobby while sorting it out. Once I got the code, everything went smoothly and the stay itself was excellent. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel, it’s a great value and very well maintained. Just make sure to message them ahead of time to get your code and you’ll be set.

チェックインがセルフになっておりフロントに誰も居なかったので、最初は場所が見つからず焦りました。しかし近くのホテルスタッフの方にチェックイン手伝ってもらい、無事に入室できました。部屋はかなり広く、リビングとベッドルームが分かれていたので本当の家のような使い心地でした。電子レンジもあったのでスーパーで買ってきた食材を温められます。IHコンロもありましたが使い方がよく分かりませんでした。観光地からは少し離れていますが、空港には近いので帰りの際は時間に余裕をもつことができました。 朝は無料でドリンクとパンのサービスがあったので少し食費を浮かせることが出来ます。
