「私たちは絶対に素晴らしい滞在をし、このホテルを十分にお勧めできません。スタッフとサービスは完璧な10/10でした本当に私が出会った中で最も気配りがありプロフェッショナルな人のいくつかでした。フライトがキャンセルされたため、マラガ空港の近くで非常に最終的な予約を行い、シームレスに処理し、プロセス全体を完全にストレスフリーにし、非常に早くチェックインできるようにしました。最初から最後まで、すべてが感じられました一生懸命働き、チームは私たちが快適で世話をされていることを確認するために、それ以上に行きました。ここに滞在することは絶対にそよ風であり、サービスは本当にこれ以上良くありませんでした。」

「L’hotel è molto bello ed il personale è molto gentile. Purtroppo però , in relazione alla grande affluenza di clienti, il personale risulta essere poco. L’attesa per ordinare al bar è davvero lunga. Bisogna fare la fila in piedi perché non vengono a prendere l’ordinazione al tavolo e può durare anche 15/20 minuti. La pulizia delle camere è davvero approssimativa ma credo sia imputabile al poco personale presente. Peccato, perché l’hotel è molto bello , soprattutto la zona piscina.」

「The hotel was quite decent and conveniently close to the airport. However, there were a few issues - for example, ants in the dining area and no complimentary water at dinner, as you had to buy it from them. We were also unlucky to arrive right when the hotel was closing for the season, which meant we had to check out at 12pm with no option to leave our suitcases (our flight was in the evening). Still, after speaking with the manager, we managed to arrange to leave our luggage at the hotel for a while」

「Lage top, Sauberkeit sehr gut, das Personal wirklich top. Von der Rezeption bis zu den Reinigungskräften alle super Leute. Die Türen der Zimmer müssen definitiv ausgewechselt (erneuert) werden. Solche Türen, die automatisch schließen und damit einen Knall verursachen, gibt es heutzutage nicht mehr! Da muss definitiv etwas gemacht werden. Der zweite Kritikpunkt ist das Doppelbett, das für zwei Personen sehr schmal ist!! Noch ein Kritikpunkt wäre der Duschkopf, der auch super klein ist!! Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist ein großer Pluspunkt.」

「Went for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,  Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it. Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day. However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater. 」

「The hotel location is good, the swimming pool is very small, the gym is not well maintained. The breakfast is very simple. The hotel is clean. The check in process is too long and need to register each guest passport.」
