This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

とても素敵な場所で、部屋は広々としていて、緑地もあり、ビーチ、公園、お店にも近い。

L’hotel è molto bello ed il personale è molto gentile. Purtroppo però , in relazione alla grande affluenza di clienti, il personale risulta essere poco. L’attesa per ordinare al bar è davvero lunga. Bisogna fare la fila in piedi perché non vengono a prendere l’ordinazione al tavolo e può durare anche 15/20 minuti. La pulizia delle camere è davvero approssimativa ma credo sia imputabile al poco personale presente. Peccato, perché l’hotel è molto bello , soprattutto la zona piscina.

Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

素敵なホテル、とても清潔でモダンなアパート。残念ながら、私たちは洗濯/テクニカルルームの換気の上に位置していたので、工場の隣にいるように聞こえなかった昼夜を問わず1分もありませんでした!私たちは515号室にいて、本当にこの部屋と上と下の部屋はブロックされるべきです。一定の騒音だけでなく、さまざまな匂い、いくつかの素敵な....洗濯、いくつかのそれほど素晴らしい.....学校の夕食! すぐに部屋を移動するように頼みましたが、小さなダブルベッドのある部屋は2部屋しか提供されておらず、大きなツインベッドが好きでした。 間違いなく再び滞在しますが、換気システムから離れることを保証できる場合にのみ。 唯一の他の問題...私たちはある夜レストランで夕食を食べるのが好きでした。到着すると、ビュッフェなのでベジタリアンのオプションがあるかどうか尋ねました。男は私たちにスナックバーに行くように言った! 全体的に515号室ではなく、休暇に最適な場所です!

史上最高の経験!私の子供たちはこれまでで最高の休日を過ごしました!部屋は広としていて清潔で、素晴らしい海の景色も見渡せました!素晴らしい食事、たくさんのオプションから選択できます!施設を使って飲酒しながら、他のホテルで時間を過ごす機会がありました。この素晴らしい経験をありがとう😊

非常に親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ。最もプロフェッショナル。美しい庭園、素敵なホテル清潔で整頓。毎晩非常に楽しいエンターテイメントを備えたモダン。完璧なロケーションで思い出す旅行をした最も楽しい滞在。スタッフには余りに多くはありません。サイト上のヘアドレッサーとコーヒーショップも。敷地内に素晴らしいプールが2つありビーチから徒歩5分。

Lage top, Sauberkeit sehr gut, das Personal wirklich top. Von der Rezeption bis zu den Reinigungskräften alle super Leute. Die Türen der Zimmer müssen definitiv ausgewechselt (erneuert) werden. Solche Türen, die automatisch schließen und damit einen Knall verursachen, gibt es heutzutage nicht mehr! Da muss definitiv etwas gemacht werden. Der zweite Kritikpunkt ist das Doppelbett, das für zwei Personen sehr schmal ist!! Noch ein Kritikpunkt wäre der Duschkopf, der auch super klein ist!! Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

2泊から4泊までご利用いただけます。広々としたアパートメントで、10階からは素晴らしい海の景色をお楽しみいただけます。車でお越しのお客様には便利な立地で、無料駐車場もございます。ハイシーズン以外は、サービス等は充実していませんが、宿泊料金と宿泊施設の質は概ね良好です。

最高のロケーション。設備は少し古いですが、期待通りのサービスで、迷わずまた利用したいと思います。
