About this spaceOur location is perfect for the beach, ski resorts and only 2 blocks to access the Tahoe National Forest which provides miles and miles of hiking, biking and fun and 3 blocks from Kings Beach. The guest apartment is on the 2nd story above our garage behind our home.The spaceThe guest apartment has a full kitchen and bath with a small deck off the bedroom. You can enjoy a gas fireplace in the living room after a fun day on the mountain or at the beach. It is very comfortable with everything you need to have a great vacation. The house is very accessible in the winter as it is 1 block from the main road and near an elementary school so snow removal is consistent.Other things to noteYes we love pets!!
