"This hotel is unbelievable! I checked in yesterday afternoon, and the room smelled terrible. I called the front desk to discuss it, but they wouldn't say anything (no mention of changing rooms or how they would handle it). I called the front desk again to ask what was causing the problem, but they didn't say anything either. They just had security bring some kind of air purifier into the room and spray it everywhere. For a moment, I couldn't smell any odor in the room; it was all the smell of that so-called air purifier spray, and it was very pungent. After the "air purifier" smell disappeared, the stench came back."
