"We had booked two nights at Cleveland Estate via Luxury Escapes, we were due to stay on a Wednesday and Thursday of the first week of a Victorian road trip. The Friday prior to leaving we received a call to say that our second night had been doubled booked??? I told them that we had booked two months earlier and was met with a come-back the WEDDING was booked 12 months in advance??? I replied well if that is the case why wasn't I told that two months ago. We then had to scramble to organise accommodation for the Thursday. Just not good enough!"

"I arranged a small business meeting at the Glen Erin in May 2024. Myself and my team thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Glen Erin. We couldn't speak highly enough about the service and the food which was offered to us, in fact the food was an absolute highlight of our stay! We also really enjoyed the offer of out door games to break up our meeting. The team at Glen Erin set up croquet, finska and quoits on the lawn for us on one of the afternoons and let us have a few beers whilst we played outside. The team have requested we return for our Christmas meeting in early December and because we have raved about the Glen Erin to other colleagues, we will more than likely be a larger group when we (hopefully!) return. Thanks again for a great experience."
