13時頃に到着したが、部屋の用意ができているのでチェックインしていいと行ってもらえた。 最高の景色とサービス、また泊まりたい。

部屋から見える景色がよく満足です

先日ゴールドコーストのホテルに宿泊しましたが、概ね良い経験でした。スタッフは皆とても親切でフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で対応してくれました。部屋の設備も素晴らしく、広々とした部屋は居心地が良く、リラックスすることができました。さらに、立地も理想的で、ビーチやトラムの駅まで歩いてすぐ、スーパーマーケットも近くにあるので便利でした。 しかし、残念なことに、部屋にゴキブリがいたのです。これは残念なことではありましたが、滞在全体の快適さやアメニティを損なうほどではありませんでした。もう少し清潔さに気を配ってもらえれば、このホテルは今後訪れる人にとって素晴らしい選択肢になるかもしれません。

このホテルの立地は最高でした。サーファーズ・パラダイスのメインストリートにほど近く、街の魅力を存分に満喫できる一方で、喧騒や人混み、駐車場の混雑からは程よく離れていました。メインストリートは非常に混雑していたため、電動自転車が移動手段として最適だとすぐに気づきました。サーファーズ・パラダイス自体も素晴らしく、活気あふれる雰囲気、アクティビティの豊富さ、夜遅くまで営業しているお店、美味しいレストラン、そして大道芸人がたくさんいました。 私たちは海が見える2ベッドルームのアパートメントを予約しましたが、眺めも立地も期待を裏切りませんでした。ホテルの設備も充実しており、屋内・屋外プール、スパ、サウナ、スチームルーム、ジム、テニスコートなどが利用できました。特に10代の子供たちは、これらの設備を存分に楽しんでいました。 しかし、滞在に少なからず影響があった点もいくつかありました。私たちが宿泊した26B号室は、6日間の滞在中ずっとエアコンが使えず、夏場だったこともあり大変不便でした。また、フロントの営業時間が限られていることも知りませんでした。午前中と午後4時頃に電話をかけましたが、誰も出ませんでした。2日目か3日目になってようやく担当者と話すことができ、ホテルの支配人が対応に来てくれましたが、残念ながらできることはほとんどありませんでした。コンプレッサーが故障している可能性が高く、エアコンは全く使えないとのことでした。アパートが完全に機能していないことを知りながら5泊の予約をしたので、非常に不満でした。 清潔さも問題でした。アパート全体の床はベタベタしていて汚れており、特にキッチンの床は油っぽく不潔でした。息子の一人はソファがベタベタしていると感じ、バスルームには髪の毛が落ちていて残念でした。 ホテル自体、敷地、設備はとても気に入りましたが、清潔さと顧客サービスには明らかに改善の余地があります。 さらに、長期滞在者の方と不快なやり取りがありました。その方は、私たちの子供たちが小さなゴムボールでプールで遊んでいたことを規則違反だと苦情を言ってきたのです。しかし、その方の子供を含め、他の子供たちもプールに飛び込んで遊んでいました。学校の休暇期間中で、多くの家族が施設を適切に利用していたことを考えると、その苦情は不当だと感じました。また、下の階の住人からプール利用者の騒音について時折苦情が出ているという話も聞きました。短期滞在者を受け入れる場合、これは継続的な問題になるかもしれません。 全体的に見て、この施設は大きな可能性を秘めていますが、メンテナンス、清潔さ、そしてゲストとのコミュニケーションを改善すれば、滞在体験は格段に向上するでしょう。

The apartment is serviced by Wowstay, not the Mantra Hotel. So the key has to be picked up from a lockbox at the base of the hotel and returned to the same lockbox. It’s a very professional and easy process, however I would recommend when dropping the key off to drive your car from the car park to the front of the Mantra Hotel checkin area. Leave your car there as there is no other convenient / close places to park. Then walk up the stairs around the side of the Mantra building to the lockbox area. The apartment I stayed in was on the 21st floor facing the ocean. It has the same layout as the other apartments with a modern bathroom, large sized bath that looks out over the bedroom, out to the ocean. The main bedroom and lounge have floor to ceiling views. It has a large balcony and great views of the coast. It has an extra large flatscreen TV, nice art work, a full kitchen. It also has a very comfortable leather lounge. There is an open study area that is used as an open bedroom for two single beds. The main bedroom has a king size bed. However I did find it unusual that a single pop-up bed had been made with linen in the same main bedroom. ( it was placed between the window and the end the bed, which obscured the view and took up the rest of the space in the bedroom. It looked out of place, it wasn’t necessary) it was easy to fold up, which I did and I placed it in the other area with the two other beds. I suggest you do the same if this happens to you. Or maybe you can request that it’s not used in the apartment? I will next time I stay. The location is great, central to everything. I have stayed at the Mantra through the hotel a few times before, however it was cheaper through Wowstay and it was as nice as the hotel apartments, so I will stay here again when I’m visiting the Surfers Paradise. The extra bonus with booking this via Wowstay, is that a carpark space is included with the booking, however if you book an apartment through the Mantra Hotel, you will be charged an additional fee.

美しくゴージャスなアパートメントです。ビーチフロントビューを予約しましたが、まさに完璧でした。遮るもののない海とテニスコートの眺め。プールは温かく、清潔で、爽快でした。サーファーズパラダイスまではビーチ沿いの美しい長い散歩道があります。ガーデナのどこへ行くにもバス停まで1分です。 受付の若いブロンドの男性、ルークのサービスは5点満点中2点でした。私たちが通された部屋には食器洗い機と乾燥機がありませんでした。ルークは私たちに何かアドバイスをしようともしませんでした。毎日ビーチとプールで過ごしていたので、服が大量に濡れていたので、翌日、年配の女性に別の乾燥機を借りられるか尋ねなければなりませんでした。 初日、食器洗い機に食器を入れて街へ出かけましたが、戻ってきたらキッチンは水浸しでした。私たちは何もせずに片付けました。サービスはもっと改善されるべきです。

トラム、バスの乗り場近く移動に便利でした。 少し古い感はありますが、部屋も綺麗でバルコニーから海が見えます。 サービスもよく、とても快適でした。

Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.
