I stayed at the William Gray for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Upon check‑in, I was upgraded to a beautiful suite on the 6th floor with a great view—a lovely surprise that I truly appreciated.
What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the service. Mr. Vincent, the concierge, is absolutely amazing. I needed to order an item from the USA online, and he not only helped me with the process but also managed to convince the supplier to speed up the shipping. What should have taken six days arrived in just two. I was so impressed by his dedication and helpfulness.
The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff—especially Mr. Vincent—who make it a five‑star experience. I highly recommend the William Gray to anyone visiting Montreal.
MMarley KThis hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.
ゲゲストIt’s good but not satisfying actually they charge for parking my previous visit in Montreal but n other hotels they didn’t charge for parking anyway it’s good experience
