ゲゲストIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

ゲゲストIt's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure.

IiphuriosThe room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving.
The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly.
Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water.
The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me.
The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room.
Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and some great local attractions. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

BBitfoyleSaung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

MMeldbbyニルワナレンバンで最終予約をしましたが、それだけの価値があることがわかりました。突然の計画でも、価格は私たちが得たものに対して合理的だったので、全体的にはお金に見合う価値があるように感じました。この場所は非常に家族に優しく、居心地の良い雰囲気と、誰もがリラックスして涼しいレンバンの天気を楽しむのに十分なスペースがあります。
私たちのハイライトの 1 つは、広としていて清潔で、家族連れに最適なスイミング プールでした。ガーデン エリアは、大家族旅行や小グループ イベントの集まりにも適しています。全体的に、特に最後の分予約であったことを考えると、満足のいく滞在でした。また、家族での休暇のために戻ってくることを間違いなく検討します。

匿匿名ユーザーそれは私たちの2回目であり、さらに悪化しました。テントには穴が開いていたので、雨が降った場合に漏れを避けるためにテープで覆うように頼みました。毛布がぼろぼろで、枕が臭い。その夜は朝雨が降っていたので雨が降っていたので、テントの中に突然プールがありました。初めて高級テントに無料でアップグレードしたのですが、良かったです。私たちが手に入れた優れたテントがそれほど悪くないことにとても驚きました。

AAries JonathanPlease just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.
overall okay.
