We loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too. However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving. We liked our stay at Enrise very much.

Location is very good. Hotel is located in the heart of city and all the required facilities are just a walk away. Hotel staff are very good and helpful. Swimming pool and other facilities are well maintained. Lot of parking space is available. Rooms & washrooms are specious and well maintained. Overall, a good place for a family of 3-4.

The hill forest resort is at a good location in lonavala. We stayed there for 2 nights with family. Service was also good. They will provide kettel with tea/milk packets on request free of cost, not otherwise.

Stayed at triose for 2 nights. This was my third time and not disappointed at all. Excellent in all respects. Location is very near to central lonavala and market and at the same time very serene and peaceful. All amenities are provided by the hotel. It is very clean. Rooms are big enough. The breakfast spread is very good. They have a hi-tea also included. Service is very fast and they attend to issues very quickly. Strongly recommended for stay.

Everything was top-notch. The service was also very nice. The pool was really dirty, and we had told them to clean it; however, it wasn't done. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

Good things first: excellent and highly responsive staff. Right from front desk to housekeeping, everyone is highly attentive, polite and eager to help. We needed a mini fridge in our room (to store temp-controlled medicines, and it was promptly arranged for. Special shoutout to mohit from the restaurant, who took complete care of our meals throughout the entire stay. The food is tasty, fresh and in good quantities. Now for the bad part: the property has no view. We had booked standard rooms, which were tiny and in dilapidated condition. The windows faced the open restaurant area, so we couldn't open the windows at all. There was hardly any furniture in the room, the cupboards didn't close, and the tv and cable unit were precariously hanging from the wall. The walls had dampness. The rooms were so tiny that you open the room and directly jump onto the bed. Overall, do not expect anything in room or view experience from this place. This is a pet-friendly property. If you just need a quite place for a night, it might work for you. Room photos on the property page are kind of misleading (probably clicked when the property was new/freshly painted)
