このホテルでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。すべてが完璧に清潔で、到着時に用意された心遣い溢れるウェルカムセットに心から感謝しています。ベッドリネンも清潔で、清潔そのものでした。サービスも素晴らしく、スタッフはいつもフレンドリーで親切で、どんな要望にも快く対応してくれました。温かいおもてなしのおかげで、滞在がさらに楽しくなりました。強くお勧めします！

清潔で衛生的、立地も便利で、非常に安全です。ケニアへの出張で選んだホテルの中で、最もコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルでした。市場の近くにあり、警備員もホテルのセキュリティも素晴らしかったです。ホテルのロビーはとてもスタイリッシュで、多くの地元の人々がお祝いをしていました。

素晴らしいホテルで、これまで訪れたホテルの中でも最高クラスのホテルの一つです。スタッフ、広々とした客室、朝食ビュッフェ、ロケーションなど、すべてが完璧でした。

ホテルは空港への無料送迎サービスを提供しているはずで、チェックイン時に午前4時30分に電光掲示板に表示されている所要時間を伝えました。フロントデスクは、表示されている時刻表は更新されていないと言いました。無料送迎は午前4時か午前5時など、1時間ごとの運行です。私たちは午前4時を選択しました。 翌朝フロントデスクに行くと、担当マネージャーは予約が入っていないと言いました。同時に、無料送迎は特定の時間帯のみだとアドバイスされました。彼らは更新された通知を見せてくれました。私たちは空港までの送迎料金を支払うしかありませんでした。 変更について通知されず、夜間に時刻表と料金が変更されたのは、ゲストにとって不公平です。

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

国立公園を望む絶好のロケーション。空港に近い。素晴らしいステーキレストラン。

部屋は素晴らしく、ここにいる皆さんは親切なので、次回もこのホテルを選ぶかもしれません。

すべてが素晴らしかったです。敷地内にレストランがいくつかあり、プールもいくつかありました。

外派狗一枚，天天啃白人餐都快懷疑人生了😂。今天中午終於在肯尼亞吃上中餐，炒菜味道很正宗，一口下去彷彿回到國內，瞬間治癒！
