グレードアップしていただき、とても広くて快適な部屋で過ごすことができました。キッチンやランドリーが付いていて便利ですし、何よりも立地が最高です。駅前の賑やかな場所にありましたが、寝室はとても静かでよく眠れました。

Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

このホテルは立地が抜群で、観光や移動にとても便利でした。館内の設備は清潔感があり、快適に過ごせます。スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、親切に対応してくれました。 ベッド下には広めの荷物収納スペースがありました。ただし、南京錠は備え付けではないので、自分で持参するのがおすすめです。 朝食は新鮮な野菜やフルーツもあり充実していました。 全体的にとても満足できる滞在でした。おすすめです！

立地が良く、通りにはたくさんのお店があり、徒歩5～15分圏内にすべて揃っています。 静かで清潔感があり、ベッドは快適で、キッチンで料理もできます。 また泊まりたいです。 チェックアウト後も荷物を無料で預かってもらえました。 管理人さんはとても親切でした。

ポルトに来るのは今回で2回目です。このホテルは今年できたばかりで、環境、受付のサービス、マリオットグループなのですべてのスタッフの対応など、すべてが私にとっては完璧だと思います。ホテルのレベルはグループにとって満足できるものだと思いますが、私にとって最も重要な点は、洗面台の蛇口とシャワーヘッドから出る水の流れです。水の流れが非常に遅く、ほぼ0です。シャワーを浴びたとき、また洗面台から何かを洗いたいときも、本当にひどい経験でした。残念です。次回はホテルが改善してくれることを願っています。そうでなければ、3度目にはここには泊まりません。

ロケーションも最高で、部屋は静かで清潔で、朝食も種類が沢山あり、オススメのホテルです。

全体的に非常に満足しています。部屋は設備が整っていて清潔です。洗面台がとても特徴的で、濡れた浴室と乾いた浴室が分かれています。ホテルのロビーからは、隣のフードコートまで直接歩いて行けます。また、その隣にはバス停があり、タクシー乗り場までは徒歩 5 分です。観光スポットまでは徒歩で30分以上かかりますので、タクシーの利用をお勧めします。
