CChristia大変満足しました。滞在全体を通して素晴らしかったです。唯一の不満は、朝のコーヒーがなかったことくらいです。ホテルは本当に気に入りました。サービスもプロフェッショナルでした。

ゲゲストThe room was overall clean, but when the toilet didn't quite smell right (yuck) and when I looked there was evidence that the area under the rim hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We were happy with the location being a bit out of town for the price. The staff was great, the upfront push to buy a timeshare was expected and only took about 10 minutes of our time. Overall, we'd stay again but ask that our bathroom be cleaned more thoroughly.

ゲゲストThe hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..

ゲゲストThe room was fine and the location was perfect for the fishing docks. But there was a man banging on a door at 1am because his daughter was locked in. I feel for them but the hotel attendant acted like there was no way for them to help when we called.

ゲゲストThe facilities were satisfactory. The food was acceptable. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the front desk service. I attempted an early check-in and was informed that the earliest I could check in was 3:00 PM. When I returned at approximately 3:10 PM, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes or until 4:00 PM because the room was not yet ready. As I was leaving, I observed the two front desk staff members, who appeared to be Hispanic, laughing loudly as I exited. I then waited in my car. Shortly thereafter, I noticed several other guests entering the building and being checked in. I returned to inquire again about my room, and the staff member appeared visibly upset by my return. She checked the availability of my room and, as a result, I was assigned the last room on the first floor, which felt like a punitive measure.
We checked out on Sunday, around 11:20 AM. I received a phone call asking if I planned to check out that day. I explained that no staff was present at the front desk to process our check-out, and since we had already returned the key card, we left it in the designated return box. The front desk staff should have verified the return box before calling. Overall, the customer service experience could have been significantly improved.

AAngelstar556とても清潔で完璧！朝食は新鮮で、ふわふわの卵料理は言うまでもありません！可愛らしい小さなプールとホットタブもあり、夜遅くまで泳いでいる人や子供たちのために泡が出てきます。ベッドもタオルも清潔で、すべてが清潔です。このホテルは4つ星ホテルではなく、5つ星ホテルのようです。

AAlexa MarieWe were a little weary when we read the reviews but overall, everything was great! Didn’t see any bugs in our room, beds were neatly made with fresh linens and plenty of towels for all of us. The breakfast was amazing with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and the waffles made fresh and plenty of coffee and juice! I’m not hard to please when it comes to a place to lay my head but this stay exceeded my expectations.

ゲゲストWe stayed the weekend. However breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and muffins. Rooms were dirty behind furniture like nothing is moved to clean. There was spilled milk beside the fridge that was never cleaned from before. When checking out attendant did not want to engage. Stayed in a side room doing laundry rather than showing customer support. Just had us leave keys on counter and said we could go. Who does that? Not the best experience for sure.

ゲゲストThis is new at this location and its only half a block from ocean.They bought out the otjer good hotel and are on the middle of rebuilding every room so its in a big mess right now.Hard to get rooms here cause only a few have been rebuilt and when they are open they go fast.
I was lucky to get a room but I really enjoyed my stay.Its located near ocean and all kinds of fast food restraunts and shopping areas.
