Kkapibara出張で利用しました。立地が良く、お部屋も広くて景色も良かったので快適に過ごせました。 近くに薬局やスーパーもあって便利です＾＾
ただ、お部屋のドアが重くて開け閉めが大変でした💦あと、引き出しに茶色いゴミ袋が放置されていたので清潔面では-⭐︎ひとつで。
スタッフの方は親切でチェックインの際に丁寧に対応してくれました。シカゴに行く際はまた利用したいと思います👐🏻

ゲゲスト滞在全体を通してとても満足しました。到着時にシャンパンのサービスがあり、とても嬉しかったです。ミシガンからの長距離ドライブの後だったので、とても歓迎され、これからの滞在の雰囲気を完璧に整えてくれました。2754号室からの眺めは息を呑むほど美しかったです。35周年記念の滞在には、ウェルカムフルーツバスケットが用意されていました。
トランプウォーターもたっぷり用意されていました。ロケーションは市内で最高です。ハウスキーピングも素晴らしかったです。レセプションスタッフの対応も完璧でした。2754号室からの眺めは期待をはるかに超え、また将来ここに泊まりたいと思っています。トランプホテルのスタッフの皆さん、素晴らしい仕事をしていただきました！
改善点としては、簡易キッチンアイランドのある部屋にバースツールを2脚用意していただけると嬉しいです。ローテーブルで食事をする必要がありました。
バスルームの納屋のようなドアを普通のドアに交換していただけると嬉しいです。隙間がありプライバシーが確保しにくいです。調理器具を使用するゲストには、ノンスティッククッキングスプレーをご用意ください。フライパンについた*を拭き取るのに苦労しました。簡易キッチン用に、本物の布巾を数枚購入することをお勧めします。エスプレッソだけよりも、普通のキューリグ製コーヒーメーカーの方が良かったです。立地は市内で最高でした。ここに泊まることを強くお勧めします！

MMark E.全体的に、長時間のフライトを終えた後に泊まるのに良い、お手頃価格のスイート スタイルのホテルです。すべてがかなり標準的です。内装は、90 年代後半から 2000 年代前半のスタイルで、典型的ではありますが時代遅れの装飾です。部屋のサーモスタットはおそらく私 (ミレニアル世代) よりも古く、設定温度が限られており、設定温度の表示はなく、ただ暑いか寒いかだけです。ホテルのスタッフは、ほぼ午後 10 時にチェックインしたにもかかわらず、非常に丁寧で親切でした。また、併設のアウトバック ステーキハウスは、チェックインが遅く、外食したくないときにはプラスでした。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。

CChoupipixudanサービスは素晴らしく、フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、部屋は清潔で衛生的で眺めも最高でした。朝食もとても美味しく、階下のレストランもなかなか良かったです。全体的にすべてに大変満足しました。次回もこのホテルを選びたいと思います。

ゲゲストホテルに着いたとき、荷物の手伝いをしてくれたのはタクシーの運転手だけでした。1階でチェックインした後、エレベーターを乗り換えるために15階まで上がりますが、荷物の手伝いはなかったので、もっと良い標識が必要です。部屋はきれいで快適でしたが、雨が降り始め、窓からの雨漏りで少し面白い瞬間がありました。朝食バーはまあまあでしたが、値段の割にはちょっと物足りなさを感じました。チェックアウトのときに2回頼まなければなりませんでした（タクシーを2人違う人に）。ホリデイ・インを選ぶべきでした。

TTerence CaoBe careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members.
A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones.
We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending.

ゲゲストThe room was super clean and spacious. Cleaning ladies were very nice. The girls at the front desk were super friendly, some guys not so much. If you want to cook in the room, you can request some cooking pots, but they were overused and scratched. Their free breakfast is decent. Very nice gym with a peloton bike. Overall, I think this is good option for longer time stay.

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
