「受付の方はいい人で、部屋も十分広かったです。歯ブラシはなかったので近くのガソリンスタンドで購入しました。ガソリンスタンドにあるメキシカンのフードトラックのタコスが美味しかった。」

「昨晩のリンキン・パークのコンサートの後、宿泊しましたが、素晴らしかったです。早めにチェックインでき、ブリヂストンからもちょうど良い距離でした。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。唯一の問題は、Dierks Bentleyというバーが窓のすぐ外にあるように聞こえたことです。ナッシュビルなので、ある程度は予想通りでした。」

「Good location, just a short walk from Broadway. Clean and good breakfast. Only downside was by the pool area (3rd floor). The furniture looks new, we were sitting there and a gust of wind blew over 2 umbrellas, one snapped iff completely and the umbrella hit me on the head. I reported it to reception and told them that the umbrellas were not strong enough, he wasn't interested and said that they were decorative (why have an umbrella that cannot be used) he also said that I should have reported it to management not him!! On checkout I mentioned it again and the receptionist said that she would get someone to contact me about it but I have heard nothing.」

「Good location, just at the top of Printers Alley, close enough to Broadway but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Had a couple of issues with the room, the toilet was blocked and there wasn’t any shower gel, the cleaner should have picked up on those issues. The toilet was fixed within half an hour and the shower gel was replaced while we were out. Had a lovely big corner room with a large shower. Would stay here again.」

「Our original booking with Trip.com got cancelled because of over-booking and they suggested we book here. They also told us they would refund us the difference of the new booking. However, they would not issue a refund to the credit card we used, they wanted my personal banking information which we refused to give. So, we paid an additional $134 because this hotel would not allow us to cancel. The Hyatt Place's customer service was good, but the room was no better than any other hotel for the higher price. Unfortunately, because we could not recover our loss for Trip.com's overbooking, we will definitely NOT use Trip.com again.」

「Thr hotel is close to Boardway. It is Just about 800 meters from Boardway. It is just behide The Music Center Hall of Fame. It is clean and people their is no nice and patient for my question. Glad to be here!」

「Hotel was fine. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were pretty soft with very little firmness. Room had a full kitchen with fridge. Unfortunately, the dumpsters that were located just behind the building were emptied around 2:30am Thursday morning and were incredibly loud. I was on the 5th floor and it woke me up and felt like it lasted for 30 minutes as the trash truck picked up, emptied, and slammed them back on the ground (probably 5 dumpsters). I wouldn’t recommend staying here just for that reason. Trash can in the kitchen had trash in it when I checked in so I question overall cleanliness. Also was not a fan of the pin pad to enter the room (and building after hours). About 2 blocks from Broadway so a very walkable distance.」
