The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. We had an amazing stay at this hotel—it was my boyfriend’s first time visiting Durban, and this place completely blew his mind! From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel welcome, even surprising us with a free room upgrade. Our room had a breathtaking view of the ocean and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Durban. The location was unbeatable: just steps away from fantastic restaurants (we were spoiled for choice!), the beach, and even attached to a mall for ultimate convenience. Whether you’re looking for luxury, convenience, or just a stunning getaway, this hotel delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

部屋にキッチンがあるタイプのホテルでした。 清潔感があり、ベッドも快適です。 周辺も安全なエリアで安心でした。

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Umhlanga with easy access to everything. The room was lovely and super comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing,delicious and with plenty of options, which was a great way to start the day. However, the restaurant was way too hot. It felt like everyone was trying to grab a fan, and I honestly think they should either switch on the AC or find a better solution for cooling the space. The pool was nice and well-maintained, and it’s heated, but honestly, it felt a bit strange to swim in a hot pool during summer. I think the heated pool would be much more enjoyable during the cooler months, like in winter. Another downside is that they close the pool way too early….7 pm is pretty unreasonable, especially in a place like Umhlanga where you want to enjoy the evenings. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities, but the restaurant temperature and early pool closure definitely need some attention.

The royal palms staff is always first class from the front desk, Bar Mr Charles to housekeeping. The rooms is always clean and very comfortable. I will always look to book if they are available when i am in Durban.

第一次到南非，第一次到德班出差，南非朋友推薦的酒店，位置距離機場30公里，距離德班港口約10分鐘車程。位置還算方便，酒店旁邊有配套的娛樂城吃飯電影賭場，內部通道連接酒店一樓。步行走到陽光海岸沙灘3分鐘。訂的海景房間面積稍微有點緊湊，一個人住足夠，兩個人住的話可能稍微小了點。 傳統英式酒店服務，環境乾淨整潔，服務員黑人兄弟姐妹文明有禮貌，尤其對於中國人來講，這裏酒店服務印象深刻。
