"Located in a prime location on Trinity Beach, this hotel boasts incredibly spacious rooms. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit with three people and it was a truly comfortable, resort-style experience. While there's no hotel restaurant, the nearby restaurants offering breakfast and dinner are fantastic! There are several options, so you don't need to worry about eating in town. However, be aware that they close around 9 PM. For breakfast, I recommend The Beach House. For dinner, I recommend Italicious. The parking is underground and automatically opens and closes with a key. You can park directly below your room. There's plenty of space. However, the hotel staff are completely hands-off, so you'll need to wash and dry your own towels (they have washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners, dishes, dishwashers, etc., providing a normal living environment with detergent provided). There's no bed-making service, so it's not suitable for those who require that. Finally, you even have to take out your own trash! Apparently, you'll be charged later if you don't (lol). This was the most comfortable room I've ever stayed in!"

"A nice comfortable stay in a spacious, immaculately clean apartment. Looks like there has been recent refurbishment. Stayed here some years ago (it wasn't the best then) and it looks like a completely new place! Washing machine, dryer and fridge looked brand new. Bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet and good sleep. Fully self contained. Halfway between beach and shopping centre. Great for families and longer stays. Recommend. "

"3ベッドのアパートを予約し、受付時間後に到着したところ、別のアパートの2ベッドが割り当てられていた。翌日受付に連絡したところ、翌日まで3ベッドは利用できないとのこと。リゾート側のミスで、まったくひどい！補償が欲しい場合は予約会社に連絡するように言われた！なぜ？リゾート側のミス。どうやらマネージャーは休暇中で邪魔できないようで、いわゆるリリーフマネージャーは自分の命がかかっているとしても決断できないようだった！カスタマーサービスの理念のない役立たずのスタッフ。近づかないでください。"

"We booked a pool suite at Bellbry Lodge via their own website. Payed for it, received a confirmation, and went about our day. An hour later I received a confirmation of cancellation, with the message ‘sorry to hear you’ve changed your mind about staying with us’. Tried to contact the property via email and telephone, but couldn’t reach them. Checked later that afternoon whether the suite was still available. It was, so I figured things would be sorted out. Got an email reply in the evening, with the owner saying that the booking was cancelled ‘automatically by the system’ (apparently the system kicked in again a full hour past the automated confirmation…). I’ll spare you the rest of the communication, suffice it to say that it felt disingenuous, and the tone was belittling and unhelpful. We were able to book something else, so it wasn’t a big problem, but I was taken aback by the lack of hospitality."

"We stayed for a week at Villa Marine in May. Lovely tranquil place, adjacent to a patch of rainforest and short walk to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable with access to a laundry. Lovely veranda shaded by tropical plants. We loved Peter’s collection of amazing artefacts along the verandas and in the different rooms. As birders it was ideal for us being close to Cattana Wetlands and Yorkey’s Lagoon and a short drive into Cairns Esplanade & the Botanical Gardens. Also close to Smithfield shopping centre that has everything you might need for self catering etc all in one location. Peter and Romy were excellent hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and had loads of information on hand of where to go and what to see. We’ll be back for sure!"
