"The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and the service exceeded my expectations. The female owner, from Hubei, gave me a thorough introduction to Lomé and arranged for a hotel car to take me around several places, saving me time and effort. The car rental fee was also very reasonable. The next morning, she even sent a car to take me to the shared taxi station to Cotonou free of charge and instructed her driver to make sure I confirmed the vehicle and agreed on the price. Compared to the hotels in the previous countries I visited, this was much better."

"I unfortunately got sick a few days before moving here and considering the state I was in had the best experience none the less. The owner was in France but her doughter and son ran everything so smoothly ! She also speaks German and she was great help for me, getting to the clinic and to dr. Appointments and she also took care of my friend who was then on her own and showed her around, recommended hairdressers etc. The service level was amazing! Our room was a bit dark because the other side of the window was a gym room of sorts so we mostly had the curtains drawn (since I slept a lot no problem, otherwise maybe a bit depressing). But the AC worked fine and the other amenities were perfect ! Thank you so much:))"

"ホテル周辺はマルシェになっており、かなり活気があります。STMからはバイクタクシーで250～300CFAが目安です。ホテルの入口は少し分かりづらいかも知れません。言葉での説明は難しいため、当日、ホテルに電話して確認するのがベターです。ホテルには、EV、ドライヤー、ペットボトルの水、冷蔵庫はありません。ホットシャワーは出ませんでしたが、暑かったので問題ありませんでした。但し、客室は清潔感もありますし、立地は良いです。停電もありませんでした。何よりもスタッフの方々がとても親切で、些細な困り事に対しても親身になって対応してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。"
