「這家酒店性價比真的絕了，強烈推薦！房間視野開闊，窗外景色絕美，衞生細節到位，房間隔音很好，夜裡休息特別安穩。工作人員服務熱情貼心，辦事周到，我當天入住出現高反，酒店還免費給提供、充氧氣，特別暖心。 停車區域寬敞，停車十分方便。樓下自帶餐廳，川菜、湯鍋樣樣都有，味道地道好吃。周邊餐飲店、商鋪特別多，吃飯、購物一站式便利，整體入住體驗滿分，來這邊住選這家不踩雷！」

「I had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard. I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests. Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers. To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection.」

「房間寬敞，乾濕分離，有吸氧機，一開始訂了一天，又續訂了兩天，不僅僅是因為觀景原因，也是服務專員非常給力！給我們提供免費租借的登山杖和雨傘，又提供路線圖！第二天三天還提供了水果，並且頂樓有洗衣房，一樓有早餐，品種還挺多！酒店服務人員也很有耐心！底下有停車場，自駕方便！第三天有個小包開線了，打掃衞生的服務員及時提供了針線包！總體感覺，賓至如歸！」

「酒店硬件設施中規中矩不出彩，但前台小姐姐服務非常好，服務體驗堪比麗晶和六善。ihg會員專屬櫃枱正常開設，不像有的酒店會員櫃枱無人值守，形同虛設。check-in的時候剛好有個旅行團也在辦理，高卡會員免排長隊優先辦理入住的感受着實很好，這點表揚。前台小姐姐在入住期間耐心講授高反注意事項和稻城亞丁景區遊玩攻略，非常熱情耐心，好評！另外房卡很有特色，是藏族服飾的一男一女兩張人形卡片，得到前台允許後帶走收藏了～」

「酒店在亞丁景區裏面，入住的話，酒店會安排車到景區入口處接送，服務很好，的確有賓至如歸之感。房間有氧氣供應，晚上會送晚安飲品。第一天住的房間推開窗就可以看到雪山，真的讓人非常愉悦，第二天想續住，可惜這款房型已經訂完了，普通的雙床間看不到雪山，略遺憾。總之，是很好的旅行住宿體驗。」

「The property is at the very top end in luxury mountain lodges and probably the best I have stayed at in China and offers an experience that exceeds Songtsam and others in this space. It has a stunning location closer to the mountains than the lodging in Yading village which is both good (lots of quiet , better views) and not so good (rides into the village are needed). The service is excellent and very attentive. The rooms are top notch and have an exquisite ******* design. There is even an outdoor pool for the summer season. While the prices are fair for what one gets it does perhaps mean lower occupancy (at least on our visit). After staying three nights did not hesitate to book another stay」
