"Holiday from hell , please read this review if you are staying here just to set the tone we were told ( if you even breath wrong you will get evicted ) Where do I start , first of all we arrived and they charged us 60 euros each , for a tourist tax and air-con and a safe , when we asked for an itemised bill they couldn’t come up with one so we have no idea what we were paying for. The rooms we advertised incorrectly we asked for a room for 3 and we got a double bed and a tiny bed best fit for a toddler, not only this when we arrived there were silverfish in our room and blood stains in my bed. There were no locks on the bathrooms either. Our air-con was completely useless and flooded all our room and got the suitcases soaking, all they did to fix this was put a towel down which did nothing , eventually they got around to fixing it on the 5th day of the holiday after telling us they would sort it straight away. The balcony’s are very small and for a 3 person room you could only fit two people at a push on the balcony Next up on this rant the staff and hospitality of this place is completely shocking no effort to make us welcome, everyone here was rude, except the woman behind the bar who was the only one who genuinely seemed to care . There was a 5 euro limit on the card machine which forced us to buy multiple drinks at once another scam in this hotel. Further a €10 charge was requested for wifi as ‘not everyone uses it anymore’ and that €10 was per device not person.(the wifi did not work) and when asked for a refund for the wifi it was slapped into my hand I felt so offended I offered to give it back and the woman said ‘if you breathe wrong you will be kicked out’ The day before we left we asked for an extended room stay till 5 o’clock on the day we leave they said it would be 40 euros for one room to which we agreed, in the morning they said it would be 45 euros so when we asked why it changed they said we were being rude and said we can’t have an extended check out at all further showing there hospitality skills We were only supplied with one towel each for the entire stay and were only given one toilet roll for each room Now onto the rules , 1 not allowed to be on the balcony past 11 which ruined are nights completely 2 even if you are staying in the same hotel your not allowed in your freinds rooms 3 not allowed to bring your own bottles of water to the pool area which makes you fall into the trap of the 5 euro card reader limit 4 not allowed to bring anyone back to the hotel"

"Lovely spot with a wide beach and comfortable sunbeds. The bar is versatile, and the staff speak good English and are very friendly. Visitors are allowed to use the pool. The stairs to the beach need attention! The difference in elevation is significant, and it is difficult for somewhat older visitors who also complain about it."

"Having read some recent reviews, we were dubious about going but thought we've paid so will go and see. The place was clean, rooms were fine and the food was much better than anticipated. There were 2 downsides... There is nowhere to sit inside for drinks and we going the restaurant managed to be rude at the beginning of the week."

"The hospitality of the owners and staff are what make this a brilliant place to stay. 1min walk to beach. Hotel is at bottom of the strip so 1min walk and your on the stip Breakfast was good you choose what you want each day. Charlie's bar is a really good laugh drinks very reasonable prices. Ate here a few times as well as eating out brilliant food and again great value. Transfer from airport was about 40mins."

"Amazing jacuzzi area & sauna. Opportunity to sit in hammocks and enjoy cocktails. Very nice quality and wide range food during breakfast and dinner (perfect for health diet food loving as me) & milkshakes & smoothies . Suggestions: more desserts in evening, all same style clothes hangers in wardrobe, other amenities, more natural smell )) All was perfect! Thanks. Keep going!"

"We booked this hotel for our honey moon and it has ticked every box, staff are amazing from the cleaners to the receptionist. The hotel is absolutely spotless the attention to detail is second to none, the pool is clean and very relaxing, cocktails are amazing especially made by Maria during the day or Carlos at night, breakfast there is a huge selection catering for every fussy eater, my only criticism is the evening selection is more catered for the Germans so we ended up eating out 4 of our 7 night stay unless you wanted salads then your fine. The staff are extremely friendly and really can’t do enough for you. The rooms are clean, bright and well equipped we had a room with a jacuzzi we stayed in room 1212 had a pool and sea view from the balcony but nice and quiet. We looked at one of the rooms with a swim up pool and these were out of this world and definitely what we will book on our return visit. This hotel should be a 5 star, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in and will definitely be returning."
