"We had booked these property on their website and where the rooms were showing available payment was also made and we didn't received any booking copy only and while checking with there team it was sold out and the money was dedicated and they told us that you check another property we don't have rooms and we shall refund the money but no one is responding on emails nor on whatsApp they just check the whatsapp and no one is taking responsibility on the refund and we had to cancel the plan ita the worst experience hence don't trust these property also the opp person threats to block me and also denied to reply on email or whatsapp it's super service I can say"

"The booking experience was Honest and Perfectly guided by Ms Vandana Khatwani and we had booked more than a month in advance and we had paid advance as well and when we reached on the check in date we GOT WHAT WAS PROMISED right till our check out. The food AND the variety AND the quality AND the service ALL JUST SUPERB. SPECIAL MENTION of Hemant who was incharge of the buffet. Horseland Hotel and Mountain Spa

"We stayed for one night at Horseland Hotel in Matheran and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they are quite old and definitely need revamping. The furniture, bed, and mattress feel dated and could use an upgrade. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, although the faucets and fittings are old-fashioned. Hot water is available only during fixed timings (8am–11am and 5pm–7pm). Basic amenities like towels and soap are provided. Since we visited over the weekend, the hotel had arranged musical games, housie, DJ night, and a campfire. These activities were very entertaining and added a lively touch to the stay. There isn’t much of a view from most rooms except those close to the pool. The swimming pool is well maintained and ideal for a good swim. There’s also a small plunge pool for kids. Swimming costumes and tubes are available on rent. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the food. If you are not planning to explore restaurants outside, I highly recommend opting for the all-meals package. The lunch and dinner spreads had a wide variety and tasted excellent. Breakfast was also good. The location is another plus point — close to the Matheran market and within walking distance from the Matheran railway station. Popular attractions like Echo Point and Charlotte Lake are also nearby. Overall, a good stay mainly because of the food, staff hospitality, and weekend entertainment. The property would greatly benefit from room renovations."
