"SuiteSeven is a stunningly beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of the old City of Merano. Each room is a large suite outfitted with exceptional attention to detail. This is where high art architecture and design meets modern technology in a historic setting. Our room included an oversized soaker bath tub, steam equipped shower with light and aroma therapy, two large Samsung televisions in the bedroom and living areas, high end music sound system with I pad controller, electronic controlled privacy shutters to block out sound and light, high speed internet and a great work space. This place has it all. This small hotel has a modern elevator and very quaint dining area with an outdoor balcony and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is served each morning by the gracious on site host. A large scale hotel would have a difficult time trying to match the quality of this establishment. This was my first visit to Merano on my way from Davos to Venice but certainly not my last. The oldest part of the historic district dates back to 850. If you plan to visit Merano in your future this is the place to stay."

The breakfast is great as were the dinners. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are willing to allow me the time to practice my Italian with them. The spa looks amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. I know we will when we return to this area. It is fantastic. "

The staff of both rooms, the women who take care of the rooms and the staff of the reception are absolutely inexpensable if they are ready to meet the needs and requests of the customers to make you feel comfortable. swimming pool in a wonderful garden. I would like to eat good with abundant breakfast. very clean. excellent location, with public means about 100 meters,so great to reach the center of Merano without using the car. and these are all pro, The only "contra" , though not indispensable, the structure is a little over the 80s for the rest of the good."

"The Pension/Hotel Verdorfer is simply very recommendable. We are now the third year with the family Verdorfer and are enthusiastic every time. The breakfast is very rich and always fresh, the rooms are clean and you have everything you need, just the view of Meran is wonderful. It is also recommended to breakfast on the beautiful terrace. The outdoor area is always maintained, the pool is comfortable and clean. There is enough lying and also small pergola invited to stay, even a sauna. The family and the team are very helpful and will try to do so well for the guests. The home kitchen enchanted wonderful dishes at very pleasant price, there is also a pleasant dining in the house. Even a car load pillar is available or that one or other company game for couples and families if the weather does not play with. We will be happy to come back."

"A friend and I were traveling through the area and happened upon Villa Bavaria online. It seemed nice and affordable and we booked for three nights. We were so lucky to have found it. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was SO GOOD and affordable. I have Celiac disease and have to eat Gluten Free and they accommodated me above and beyond with baskets of gluten free snacks and bread each morning and a slightly modified menu at night. Breakfast was included and was a 5* buffet of fresh fruits, meats and cheese, amazing breads (for the non-Celiacs), cereals, yogurts, etc. Dinner, for 35 Euro was a five course menu and it was incredibly gourmet and beautiful. Honestly, for 35 Euro we didn't have super high expectations and we were blown away. The rooms were impeccable, large and some (mine!) air-conditioned. The views, stunning, the garden gorgeous and both pool areas were lovely. It felt like we were at a private Villa. The location is perfect as well. This hotel is a gem. I really can't say enough good about it. Made our trip!! We will be back!"
