這次入住安吉堯珈山禾稻度假酒店體驗真的遠超預期，必須給個大大的好評！一進大門接駁車服務小哥就到了熱情的幫着拿行李，大堂感覺環境特別舒適，裝修風格簡約大氣，燈光和香氛都恰到好處，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品乾爽潔白柔軟，摸上去就知道是定期更換清洗的，連衞生間角落和玻璃水漬都處理得很乾凈，細節處能看出酒店的用心。設施方面也很齊全，智能馬桶、高速WiFi、隔音效果都很棒，晚上睡覺特別安靜。最讓我感動的是服務，前台李總和所有服務員小哥哥小姐姐全程微笑接待，辦理入住高效又貼心，還主動介紹了整個農場的情況，離店時還送了精心準備的伴手禮，真的有種被重視的感覺。總之，無論是硬件還是軟件都無可挑剔，下次來還會選這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

I was lucky enough to get a room right next to the lake, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves and birdsong was absolutely serene. The view alone was worth the trip! What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable. The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout. One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. Great vibes, great company, and a perfect way to end each night. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was an experience that fed the soul. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and full of unforgettable memories. We stayed at An and Jane Residence for 4d3n for a short trip for skiing and strolling around the town before heading back to Nanjing. The homestay is pleasant experience and well kept. It is maintained by a family owned business. The room is cozy, clean and has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast prepared by the owner's mother were truly home cooked and delicious. Most importantly their hoem stay has a lot of recreational amenities such as pool table, video gaming, karaoke room downstairs the dining area and a big projector in the room. The owner is friendly and very helpful in all our activities planning. She recommended the best and cheapest option for our entrance ticket and activities. The room and amenities are exactly as shown in picture. The location of tjw Hotel is also very convenient for eateries and to Skyland. Overall great and pleasant experience with our stay.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. バンヤン ツリー アンジの設定は、山や竹林に隠れて、街からの風光明媚な脱出を提供することは否定できないほど美しいです。もうひとつの大きな見どころは、コンシェルジュのアイダさんでした。 彼女はとても気配りがあり、反応が良く、快適に過ごせるよう心からお手伝いをしてくれました。 しかし、高級高級料金を請求する不動産にとって、全体的な経験は国際的な5つ星基準に満たない。このプロパティは、高級な自然の隠れ家から期待される親密でゆっくりとしたサンクチュアリを提供するのではなく、商業的でマスリゾートの雰囲気に大きく傾いています。 より大きく、より商業的なリゾート体験を期待しているなら、それは素敵な目的地ですが、グローバルな高級レベルで真に競争するには、もう少し洗練が必要です。

我覺得酒店裝潢挺好看的，環境很不錯很出片，公區泳池也很不錯，我們房間的私湯區環境也很好，這次是帶娃出行，房間帶私湯就很方便玩水，寶寶玩的很開心，服務也很周到，有管家，有什麼需求管家都會及時迴應解決，而且酒店的小桃子很好吃！！非常好吃！早餐食材很新鮮，酒店的飯菜也很好吃，下次如果去安吉還是會選擇這家，真的很不錯！推薦推薦。

The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

A true hidden gem in Anji, the Anji Treasure Island Nautical Resort feels like stepping aboard a luxury liner that has quietly anchored itself in a world of bamboo forests and still, reflective waters. The entire resort is designed in the unmistakable shape and spirit of a ship, complete with maritime detailing, porthole-style windows, brass accents, and cabin-inspired interiors that make every room feel like a private suite at sea. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
