My stay at Lohkah Isle was magical. From the moment I booked, the team made me feel genuinely cared for. No detail was too big, no gesture was too small. Every request was attended to with such warmth, kindness, and incredible promptness. A special thank you to Isak, Leo, Yuki, and Harlan. You are the heart and soul of this beautiful hotel. Isak welcomed us personally at the pier when we arrived at Gulangyu, and to my surprise, he was also the one who escorted us all the way back to Xiamen at the end of our stay — taking the ferry with us and helping us with all our luggage. He prepared mosquito repellent and medicine before our tour, wet wipes before we depart, always on hand with umbrella for us to beat the heat. That level of care is rare and deeply touching. All the butlers were very sincere and passionate. We have no words. We feel truly blessed to meet all of them. The property itself was immaculate — serene, elegant, and as uniquely charming as a Lohkah hotel can be. Lohkah remains my favourite hotel brand in China, not because of the architecture alone, but because of the people who bring these beautiful spaces to life. I will never forget the sweetness of this team: preparing a lovely tiramisu cake for my birthday, picking us up from a tea store when we got lost on the island, and accompanying us to the most beautiful sunset spots in Gulangyu. They made us feel less like guests and more like dear friends visiting from afar. Isak, Yuki, Leo, and Harlan — thank you for making our stay so remarkable, lovely, and unforgettable. 隣の都市から、わざわざ1時間以上かけて車でやってきました。現在、厦門で一番人気のこのホテルに宿泊するためです。チェックインの際、スタッフの方のアドバイスで追加料金を払い、コンラッドスイートにアップグレードしました。月曜日だったからか、週末ではないからか、この割引が適用されたようです。ホテルのサービスは行き届いており、従業員は皆笑顔で挨拶してくれます。環境は清潔で、どこも良い香りがします。ホテルは厦門大学とスターアベニューのすぐ隣にあり、夕方に散歩するのはとても気持ちが良いです。外食にも便利で、すぐ隣にショッピングモールがあります。ホテルからは、手足が動く精巧なコンラッドベアが各部屋に2匹プレゼントされました。全体的に、次回機会があればまた泊まりたいホテルです。

まず、ホテルの立地がとても良かったです。地下鉄2号線蔡塘駅から徒歩数分で着き、すぐ隣には大型ショッピングモールがあり、非常に便利でした。 部屋は広々としていて快適で、マットレスも枕も寝心地が良かったです。部屋にはバスタブもありました。 プールもあり、宿泊客は無料で利用できました。洗濯機と乾燥機も清潔で、細やかな気配りを感じました。自分で部屋番号を貼っておくと、スタッフが回収してくれました。 5日間滞在しましたが、大変満足しています。ホテルの朝食も美味しかったです。特に厦門名物の麺線は絶品でした。 全体的にとても満足のいく滞在で、大人も子供も皆、大満足でした。厦門にまた来る際は、ぜひここに泊まりたいと思います！

超大空間，超美海景，浴缸加投影，絕了！講真我可以窩在這裏一整天，看天亮看大海看夕陽看夜景，真的不要治癒啊。 想想上次北京旅遊1500一晚的酒店，有點陳舊的星級酒店，也沒什麼景觀，空間也沒那麼大。這次廈門訂的這家也不便宜， 雖是公寓式酒店，但空間真的超級大，光這一點就秒殺了很多同價位的酒店和民宿。至於配套設施和服務體驗也很好， 唯一美中不足就是辦理入住時，一樓大堂人比較多，但管家會在大廳等待協助辦理。講真來廈門這家民宿值得沖！

Ruiyi Yiju Hotel Gaoqi Airport Huli Avenue Branch は厦門の旧市街にあり、かつては煙の雰囲気があり、さまざまな軽食が並ぶ古い飲食街でした。ホテルはおそら**れほど新しくはなく、朝食はまあまあです。サービスはとても良いです。部屋は広くはありませんが、比較的綺麗です。

当初は大変満足していました。Ctripでガーデンビューの部屋を予約したところ、フロントでマウンテンビューの部屋に無料でアップグレードしてもらえました。しかし、ホテルは山々に囲まれており、この時期はセミの鳴き声が耳をつんざくほど大きく、窓を閉めていてもはっきりと聞こえました。部屋も狭かったので、スイートルームにアップグレードしたところ、少し静かになりました。最終日の夜、カエルのような動物の鳴き声に気づき、一晩中眠れませんでした。幸い、子供はぐっすり眠ってくれ、特に問題はありませんでした。チェックアウト時にフロントに報告しましたが、謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。私が報告している間、フロントは他の宿泊客のチェックアウトに追われていました。この対応には非常に不満です。 また、親子遊び場の清潔さは平均的で、滑り台はかなり汚れていましたが、それ以外は問題なく、価格に見合った水準でした。

Check-in: The front desk counter does not provide room numbers or guidance. You must contact the owner directly via the Trip.com app's call function. Note that the owner does not speak English. Room Guidance: I was guided to the room by two young men in casual clothes rather than hotel staff. They took photos of my passport and face for registration, but they seemed unfamiliar with the system and struggled for a while. Facilities: Hot water stopped in the middle of my shower; this might be due to the water heater settings or capacity. Also, the TV is only connected to a Xiaomi internet device, which requires a private account or additional payment to watch anything. Wi-Fi: I scanned the QR code in the room, but the AP for my room (1906) didn't exist. I eventually managed to connect to the signal for the neighboring room (1907). Amenities: Only disposable paper towels are provided. I recommend bringing your own towels if you prefer real ones. Privacy: On the day of checkout, cleaning staff entered my room while I was out for a walk—well before the actual checkout time. I found their cleaning cart left inside my room when I returned. Summary: It feels like a residential apartment converted into a rental service. It can be quite inconvenient for foreigners due to the unconventional service style. Stay here for the view and location, but be prepared for some DIY-style hurdles.

中国の春節期間中に愛犬と一緒に厦門を訪れ、沖合にある台湾の金門島へ日帰り旅行をしました。 このホテルは実際にはマンションで、複数の管理会社が様々な階の部屋を貸し出していました。建物全体がひどく荒廃していました。 最初、フロントデスクは6階の部屋を案内しようとしましたが、まるでホラー映画のワンシーンのような部屋でした。床や壁にはシミがあり、至る所に土埃やゴミが散乱していました。予約した部屋と同じ部屋か尋ねると、別の女性スタッフが廊下にある、少なくとも清潔で改装済みの9階に案内してくれました。部屋はまあまあで、ベッドも快適でしたが、マットレスの上にシーツを敷き詰め、間に最低限のパッドも挟まないホテルに泊まったのは初めてでした。幸いにもトコジラミはいませんでした。 部屋の電球は8個のうち3個しか点灯していなかったため、とても暗かったです。ヒーターは一日中最大出力で稼働させても部屋は暖まりませんでした。 すべてが古くて薄汚かった…写真とは全く違っていた。 初日はテレビもインターネットも使えず、修理をお願いするまで困っていた。 全体的に見て、メンテナンスは問題ない。でも、少なくともフロントの女性は親切で助かった。 部屋の唯一の救いは景色だった…ただ、窓がひどく汚れていて、ほとんど見えなかった。
