"Firstly, this place is in a very sketchy neighborhood. It is more like a roadside motel than a hotel. The reception area is nothing but one small desk on the first floor where there are no walls. The elevator is bad quality. The floors are dirty and wet. My partner and I got a lot of trouble while checking in and they scanned our Aadhar cards, which is illegal. The rooms themselves, are also bad quality. There are two deadbolts on the door which do not work. They provide you with one key to the room which is the only way to lock the door. There are serious security risks because the staff have spare keys and they can come to your room any time you are not there. The bed (queen size) was uncomfortable and the sheets were stained and had holes. The cabinets in my bathroom were broken. The lights do not work. The bathroom smells like waste. There are hygiene issues with the whole property. The staff is also quite rude and inhospitable. Overall 1/10 experience because at least there is a bed to sleep in."
