"I visited this hotel on October 1, 2025. I reserved a room through the choice hotels app, and when I arrived I stated that I had a reservation. It turns out the front desk didn't check me in under my reservation, they checked me in as a walk in. I later noticed two charges from this hotel and after talking with choice hotels customer service they informed me that I was charged $105 for a "no show" reservation and another $105 for the walk in room that I actually stayed in. The room was decent, but my experience with the hotel management hasn't been acceptable. I called the hotel (and so did my bank) to get a refund on the "no show" charge. They claimed there was no such charge despite it being clearly visible on my bank account. I sent an email to the hotel which has gone unanswered and when I now call the hotel, I'm sent straight to voicemail which also goes unanswered. I have plenty of documentation regarding this event and the bank has agreed to dispute one of the $105 charges. Since I wasn't checked in through my reservation, I also did not receive and Choice Privileges Points for my stay at this hotel."
