"Nicely located hotel, rooms are a bit dated but have everything you need. The dinner at the hotel was mediocre. I chose the asparagus soup, which turned out to be a thin, watery broth with some bits of egg and ham, but no asparagus was visible, and it barely tasted of it. However, it was handled well; I was offered another soup which was fine. For the main course, the chef completely missed the mark with the vegetarian beet mash. It was a toddler-sized portion with one green asparagus on top and a small bowl of extremely hot sauce, I think Sriracha, which instantly deadened my taste buds, making it impossible to taste the subtle flavor of the tiny mash. Luckily, I had ordered some truffle fries on the side, so I had enough to eat, although the few sprinkles of cheese on them were barely noticeable. The vegetarian dessert was a good end to my not-so-successful dining experience."
