"Disgusting. We arrived at 10pm trying to get home before hurricane hit. Not much choice. The room was nasty. Red paint around door looks like blood when you first see it. Didn’t even take our clothes off. Laid on bed till a roach ran across it! Packed up and went to the desk. He wanted to put us in another room and I said No! It’s now 2am. Told him I wanted a refund and he stated I would see it in my card within 7 days. WYNDHAM corporate should be aware of the management of this location."

"Service was amazing along with the hotel staff. The front desk receptionist, Christine, was awesome; she helped me to get the right room and very friendly. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely make this on my list of repeat hotels to stay in if traveling in Georgia."

"I arrived at the hotel to check in different lady at the front desk was very rude when I realized I didn't have my identification on me she got very rude belittling me she even went got to the point to lie to the owner she called the police on me saying I was causing scene in parking lot well in the lobby which I wasn't the owner verified that once the police arrived the owner did step in and rent me my room she tried to charge me at the front desk lady try to charge me a deposit because I was from the area huh how nice is that it get charged to deposit because I'm from around here I finally get in my room after police write me a citation for trespassing get in my room only to find that I booked a king to get only a double then as I'm waiting 25-30 minutes to get my room key she's belittling me talking down to me like like when she started to tell me about breakfast times oh well seeing how you're not in a vehicle you're probably starving and in need of food is what she said oh I waited to get my key for my room then she started to throw pens at me I would not recommend this place to anybody"

"During our three-night stay, we dealt with four different front desk people - only the one was friendly and acknowledged us. Our Friday night check-in, the fellow had a difficult time checking us in - not sure if it was a language problem or if he wasn't trained correctly. Saturday morning, the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care about her surroundings because she was too busy on the phone. In the afternoon, the gal was a bit friendly but that was after my husband complained about how unfriendly the other two had been. The weekend breakfast host was not friendly, nor caring about the quality of the eating area. My husband had to go back into the "kitchen" and ask her for a rag to wipe the tables, as she was too busy on her phone. The next morning, another guest had to go in and get a rag - again, she was doing nothing. The only positive was the housekeeping gal was friendly, despite her not understanding us, and our rooms were always clean."
