"湖の中で、ウルスウォーターは景色と静けさの点で一番いいと思いました。マクドナルド リーミング ハウスは、大きな芝生のパッチとともに、湖のき見を眺めることができます。反対側がいくつかの低木に面しているため、湖の見える部屋にアップグレードすることを選択しました。 部屋の大きさはまともです。価格については、シャワーキャップやスリッパなどのアメニティがもう少し期待されました。 ホテルは、ウェブサイトに記載されている電子メールに送信された質問への返信がtrip.comを通じて送信されたため、受け入れられませんでした。私が明確にしたとき、レセプションは私が送信したアドレスが無効であると言いましたか? リージェンシーレストランの食べ物は好きではありませんでした。選択肢は限られており、ハムステーキは塩辛すぎました。"

"The room was freezing! The heating only came on for a couple of hours. The room was ok comfy bedding, not worth £175 though. The shower made a squealing noise and the bath tap dripped all night. Breakfast alright (beans were cold). The staff at the bar and restaurant were commendable."

"Just had the weekend here with friends & our dogs Maple & Marley. Pru very welcoming & helpful. Beautiful clean spacious rooms & a lovely breakfast with the dogs also getting treats! Would absolutely recommend if you are this way on. We hope to be back in the near future x"

"Went for food with a large group of friend menu was basic and over priced we received 1 menu between all of us and the waiter couldn’t get his head round why we wernt ready to order ! for what it was, one person opted for the pie, that had been microwaved to oblivion the pastry was rock hard and the filling extremely dry the chips were like Morrisons savers chips. Someone else ordered the fish and chips batter was burnt on the outside and like cake mix in the inside, so he did not eat that ! Just ate the fish instead which he said was actually a decent piece of fish. All the other food was pretty similar. It’s like a stepping back in time to the 80s with 2026 prices. A real shame it could be so much better there was hardly anyone eating in fact all I saw was us. Possibly upping their standards and menu would help fill the restaurant. The room we were in was pretty nice."

"BEAUTIFUL! We had a lovely little stay here such a stunning guest house. The decor is something else found myself walking around fascinated by all the historical items. Sue is very kind and helpful and made us feel at home. I love the attention to detail here, water in fridge,biscuits,even umbrellas at front door. The rooms are beautiful and quirky and such comfy beds. Breakfast was very tasty all home cooked to perfection. Area was lovely and quiet and only 3min walk into Penrith town, Perfect location for walk in lakes. We will certainly be back. This is definitely worth a visit you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Sue"

"We had a lovely one night stay at Abbey House. The rooms were charming and warm, with many thoughtful touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We had a delicious full breakfast before we headed off, and a lovely chat with Vicky our host. We were so pleased with our stay -  hopefully we can come back again one day :)"

"Where do I start the room number 8 is breathtaking the design and the lighting and the facilities are very high quality the bed and pillows are super comfortable then you go for the meals the 3 coarse dinner really 5 courses is delicious and very well presented all staff are very professional but chatty and friendly the 7 well 9 course fine dining menu on the 2nd night was just as the first nights superb some might say that this is an expensive hotel but as is said you get what you pay for and I will gladly pay the same again to be treated as a very special customer in a very special place finally to Phil and his team in the kitchen the dishes you create and serve to your customers are incredible and the team you have in kitchen and front of house are a credit to you and the owners wishing everyone involved a very happy 10th year birthday and many many more years of success thank you all From Andy room 8 17th-19th April"
