It has all the comforts you might want: large screen tv, refrigerator in room, wifi, air-conditioning and heating, parking right in front of the room.Check in is automated, and 24 hours available. On the grounds there is a large terrace with furniture where you can spend an enjoyable evening with a glass of wine. ( This you need to buy nearby and bring along.) Downtown Portoroz is within walking distance and Piran is s short drive from here. Breakfast is not served, but there are various cafes nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful."

"このホテルには3回目の滞在です。こじんまりとしていて便利で、海岸沿いにあり、専用ビーチもあります。ただし、スロベニアの海岸沿いではどこでも駐車場の問題がよく知られています（1日18～21ユーロ）。今年の朝食は平均4/5、部屋は5/5、スタッフは5/5でした。また利用したいと思います。"

"Unfortunately, I encountered some very rude behavior from both Croatian and Slovenian employees, particularly in the dining area and front desk. There were no greetings, smiles, or basic friendly gestures, which made the atmosphere feel very unwelcoming. The food was another major disappointment. The quality was poor, the food was not tasty, and the selection was very limited. There should be a much better variety and enough food available for all guests. If you are considering staying here, I would recommend eating elsewhere rather than spending extra money on the hotel's dining options. I was also disappointed to learn that the bar is now charged separately, whereas it was apparently included in the past. Considering the overall quality and the prices, I do not feel that the hotel offers good value for money anymore. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what it provides. The level of professionalism suggests that additional staff training is needed in the kitchen and staff members. There are many other places where you can stay and receive much better service, food, and value. The hotel was very disappointing and, in my opinion, does not provide the quality or service I have experienced at other European hotels."

"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. However, the property appears to have two separate buildings: an older/main building and a newer building. The newer building felt more like a budget version of the main hotel, rather than being of the same standard. This was disappointing, as both buildings appear to be marketed under the same hotel brand and rating, which can be misleading for guests. While the location and service were positive, the difference in quality between the buildings should be made clearer at the time of booking so guests know what to expect."

"とても快適で居心地の良い場所です。ホテル複合施設全体が相互接続されているため、ゲストは接続されたすべてのホテルの設備を利用できます。 2つのウェルネスエリアがあり、どちらも静かで平和でリラックスできます。.スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。特に、私たちが到着したときにすべてを明確かつ徹底的に説明してくれたVasylに言及したいと思います。ホテルには専用のビーチもあり、ホテル ミルナから階段でわずか数分で行くことができます。階段はかなり急ですが、使用しない場合はエレベーターもあります。ビーチには、ホテルのゲストのための割引サンラウンジャー、清潔で手入れの行き届いたトイレがあり、レストランもとても良いです。駐車場は確かにかなり狭いですが、これはすべてのプラスと比較してマイナーな不便でした 全体的に、私たちは非常に快適な滞在をし、間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします!"

"We're not quite there. The hotel is very inconvenient from a logistical point of view for those with children, there are many steps to climb to reach the rooms and in some points the lift does not arrive. Even reaching the spa is not so intuitive and quite far from the rooms. The rooms are old, dirty (carpet stained very clearly in several places), the bathroom without a window doesn't even have a fan, the services in general are really basic, nothing more than a three star. The light on the terrace remains on all night without the possibility of turning it off, so it is not possible to have darkness in the room. Mostly the "blackout" curtains don't do their job at all so as soon as the sun rises you are invaded by light. We asked for a family room as there were three of us and we were assigned a room with two single beds pushed together plus a sofa... or not. Breakfast and dinner (for which you pay €21 per person excluding drinks) are not of high quality and there is very little choice. For that price I would have dined out somewhere else. The only positive note of the weekend was the sea view."

"When I entered the reserved accommodation, it wasn't cleaned at all and there wasn't enough bedding. I was thankful that I raised the issue and upgraded my room. However, when checking out, I had to request and pay the city tax of 14 euros instead of 10 euros suggested on the reservation voucher. Angry."

"We stayed there for New Year's Eve 2026. A truly wonderful surprise. Without charging a cent more, except for the dinner, they took care of every detail of the celebrations (music, bottle of wine in the room, gala evening, etc.). Even the New Year's Eve breakfast was as good as the dinner the night before!! Here too, there was music and an early morning toast. Extremely kind staff, attentive to every request, even if it was merely personal courtesy. Highly recommended, especially for its proximity and convenience for visiting Piran and Portorož! A full score."

"Beautiful and peaceful spa; spacious saunas and friendly staff. A major drawback is the parking at the Svoboda Hotel; if you're not a hotel guest and only use the spa, the hourly rate is a whopping €3 per hour! So next time, we'll go to the parking lot before the climb (€0.50 per hour)."

"The hotel was OK, but definitely too expensive, even in high season. The rooms were big enough, clean and with a big bed. However, the walls are extremely thin, you can hear almost every noise from the neighboring rooms. The breakfast is only average. The mattress was too soft and the pillows were a disgrace. The location wasn't the best, right next to salt fields, but there was a very nice Italian restaurant within walking distance. For €150/night we definitely expect a better standard, or at least €50 less per night."

"A very nice hotel, centrally situated close to the square in Piran. The room was pretty small but the standard high. Although it would be even better if the possibilities to unpack improved. We really appreciated that we could make our own meals when we preferred that and the secret garden was a pleasant place to enjoy whatever meal one prepared. Or perhaps simply a glass of wine. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always made you feel welcome."
