"We arrived very late so check in was our room keys left on the reception.. we were greeted by a very friendly and kind English man & ginger cat.. We stayed for 4 nights. Over the coming days we got talking with the manager & other staff members who were all very friendly. The manager in some reviews is put down as” rude” however we didn’t find this the case. Don’t expect too much from the hotel, you get what you Pay for. The ginger kitten is super friendly & a little bit of a menace.. loves interaction from humans. Transfers to the hotel from the airport are quite expensive - do some research and pre book or find a local taxi service. We used nisso’s taxis whilst staying in the area & we found them very good value. Polis itself is small but has some lovely places to eat one being saddles bar. Look into getting the buses to explore a bit further out - the prices are very very good value!"

"I’m not staying here for the first time, and I’m always happy to come back to this family-run hotel. The courtyard is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and the manager is always available and helpful. Since May, the breakfasts have been especially wonderful. The location is very convenient — close to the sea and the Latchi port. I definitely recommend this place."
