"we’re really disappointed with the hotel room we were given. The room we were given is significantly different from what was shown on the hotel’s listing when we booked online. The photos and descriptions on the website compared to reality, the room is outdated, poor condition and dirty. This discrepancy feels misleading and not in line with the booking terms. We booked in good faith based on the advertised images and amenities, and we are extremely disappointed with what we’ve received. We have paid $470 euros a night to get a horrible experience. We have shared our feedback with the hotel, instead they get super defensive versus trying to work things out for us. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"WARNING – DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! I’m sure you can find a much better place than this. I have just been on holiday with 6 families, and we were all really looking forward to this vacation. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined because of this place. We had booked apartments with sea views and air conditioning. When we arrived, it was completely different from what we had been promised. A good example is that most people have probably ordered something from Temu. It looks great in the pictures, but in reality, it turns out to be something completely different. That is exactly how our experience was. The rooms were dirty and had a horrible, unpleasant smell. There was no air conditioning, even though it was clearly included in what we had booked. We confronted the reception because the apartments were nothing like what we had booked. Out of 38 pictures, only 2 actually matched the apartments we were given. Unfortunately, there was no help from the staff. I was travelling with a 4-month-old baby, and I felt that the staff showed absolutely no respect or understanding towards families with small children. Their attitude was basically: “Take it or leave.” We were also unable to get our money back. They have truly ruined our holiday. I eventually had to book a hotel because the conditions were so bad, dirty and unpleasant. And no – unfortunately, I still have not received my money back."
