"Allotted rooms are too small in size as per room rent. We have discussed over phone to the owner of the property. Afterwards, we were allotted one 130 sq. Ft room onward s payment of additional rs. 500-. They demanded rs. 1000. 00. Location is not good. It's situated in the locality with a narrow approach road condition. Food and amenities are moderate."

The linen were neat & clean, bathroom was very good, room service food in dinner was very good. Spices and oil used in food were well controlled. Staff behaviour was very good. The hotel is located exactly in the city heart. Room rent charged was very much reasonable. I suggest all couples to accept the services of mayur hotel whenever willing to travel to purulia.
