"We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room was beautiful with a small balcony looking directly onto the beach. The sound of the waves was so powerful...a lovely way to fall asleep and wake up. The breakfast was exceptional and although it didn't start till 8am, the night receptionist ( don't know his name ) prepared everything for 7.30am to accommodate us. Now that's what I call service!"

"The location of the hotel is so beautiful, you can see the sunset and sea view of the green hills in the room. It is the most satisfying stop in the whole Spanish journey. The hotel is not newly renovated for a long time. We booked a family room with a double bed and a combed bed. It was very comfortable for a family of four. Going out is the lawn lounge chair, looking at the beautiful scenery in the distance is so uncomfortable. Love this blue house so much. The only problem is that it may not be very convenient to arrive by car. There is no public transportation. It should be able to take a taxi. The breakfast is very rich, other guests are hiking in the mountains, the natural scenery is beautiful"

"Rosario 11 Main hotel is an old "promenade villa" facing the wonderful bay - Rosario II is across the road with use of the same facilities. Lovely rooms and very helpful staff - we visited on a road trip through Northern Spain with our young Jack Russell pup. Ribadesella is a truly wonderful town with exceptional beach and old town across the bridge on the other side of the estuary. Try out the restaurants and bars across the river. The hotel would make an excellent base for a longer stay to explore the area, having a well appointed bar / restaurant of its own."

"Too expensive for what they offer. We booked this hotel because it has a pool (a lot of pictures of their pool are shown on their website). But when you arrive, they tell you, that you have to pay extra for a swim in that pool! So above the room rate of 280€/night we had to pay €40 for 2 for a swim!! The rooms are clean, but small and we both bounced our heads against the ceiling. We won’t go back to this hotel."
