「ホテルの設備はとても新しく、とても快適に過ごせました。静かで騒音もほとんどありません。朝食も種類が豊富で、サービススタッフの対応も良く、とても快適に過ごせました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。」

「Booked this hotel as we were attending women’s football at Derby Pride Park.  We used the NCP car park which was only. 5min walk.  All the staff were smart, well mannered and helpful.  The room was a good size and were surprised to have a full sized bath as well as a powerful shower.  Fantastic breakfast selection where all food was replenished as soon as it was getting low. The only negatives for us was the fact we found some rubbish near the bed along with evidence of dust, one of the bed sheets was torn and one of the bedside wall lamp units was hanging off the wall but still functional. Overall a really lovely hotel  and ideally situated for the football stadium as well as taking in the local sites/ shopping centre (straight over the road)」

「最初の部屋は割り当てられ、テレビは機能しませんでしたが、スタッフは親切に別の部屋に移動しました。残念ながら、翌朝8時30分、廊下に天井のタイルを交換する労働者がいたので、大きなハンマー、ドリル、そしてソーディングがありました。ホテルのマネージャーは1泊の滞在を返金しましたが、修理が行われている場合、なぜ部屋を使用するのかわかりません。部屋を離れて、私はペンキポットと道具を踏み越えなければなりませんでした。」

「Stayed for two nights in this beautiful country hotel. A very warm welcome on arrival and then shown to a beautiful large room, The Kedleston. It had everything you could wish for and a very comfortable bed. I was staying to visit relatives nearby but it would make an excellent base for exploring the area. Kedleston Hall, National Trust is on the doorstep and a must to visit. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, I didn’t eat in the evenings but the menu looked really good and if breakfast was anything to go on it will be fabulous. I will definitely return to stay and also take my family to the restaurant. Thank you to all your excellent staff for a very enjoyable stay.」

「Amazing Hotel. Love it. We will back there for sure!! Parking at extra COST £8 PER DAY. I'm used to free parking for customers. But when you have a Ryanair ticket and have to pay for a seat even though you can't stand, I'm no longer surprised by what money can do. 🫣 But as a Hotel 10/10 😀 Breakfest 10/10 👍」
