"Good location to be the middle point of trip from Calgary to Vancouver. There is Starbucks and a steak house very close to the hotel."

"a herd of elephants was in the room above us and tramped around till after midnight the 2 breakfasts could not be accessed till after 8 am when we had to be at the curling club at 810 facilities were neat and clean but the door was hard to close . it would seem to latch but blow open 10 or 15 minutes later"

"The hotel environment is nice, old but quite clean. However, the biggest problem is the lack of air conditioning. In summer, the room faces the sun and has no windows, only a balcony door. The only option is to open the balcony door to let in the cool air from outside at night, but this is unsafe and there's a lot of noise from the highway nearby. The room rate isn't cheap, even expensive, making it poor value for money. I wouldn't recommend staying there in the summer."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and the surroundings were nice. However, there was a machine on the outside wall that looked like an exhaust system. It was very loud and ran non-stop 24 hours a day, seriously affecting my sleep. I reported this to customer service, but instead of changing rooms, they gave me some earplugs, which were of poor quality. I give it a bad review."

"We arrived at 7 pm but front desk was already closed. They had emailed us info regarding this but to be honest I barely read anything because we were busy traveling. So it is my fault however it would have been better to have someone at the front desk. Then again this probably their slow season so I kind of understand. Room was nice and clean and large. Great place especially if you are skiing there."
