ゲゲストVery good location, close to Train station and bus interchange (can take bus to Chamonix or some other destinations), and quite some restaurants surrounding, so easy for dinning.
Very friendly front desk staff, provide us city map and introduce how to go to the landmark, informed us can get free boat ticket at Geniva Lake with our booking and sent to us thru email. Room is clean.
Overall recommended!
HHammalAmiriWe were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives;
Let us check in early
Priced competitively for Geneva
Negatives;
We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace.
The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken.
The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday.
This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years
ゲゲストHotel was immaculately clean and smelt lovely, room was perfect, location was great, right in the heart of Geneva with easy access to train stations/bus stations and activity pick up points, nice chocolate shop underneath the hotel, with a McDonald’s and a wine and cheese restaurant.
Although the breakfast buffet was all cold food baring boiled eggs, however choice was great, staff very attentive.
Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap enough for Geneva and couldn’t fault it personally.
