這個武漢的獨自旅行很慶幸選擇了八九間名宿，我是過來考試的，想着就選擇最接近考場的名宿，網上看了一遍發覺這間裝修很舒服，（建議到武漢華中藝術學校考試的可以直接去選擇這家名宿，考試中間休息的一個半小時可以直接步行回去名宿） 來到後我們的店長接待，讓沒事可以下去一起喝茶，想着自己獨自一人，就下去跟店長去嘮嗑幾句，聊着聊着，直接把人家店長給拐跑到酒吧去了😄讓店長陪着我去看**上很火的喆喆國風舞蹈。 感謝我們的店長在我考試期間騎着她的摩託車🏍上下接送，店裡麪的環境拍照也特別出片，白色簡約的裝修拍照打卡也是很容易出片。曬着暖暖的太陽喝茶店長沖的茶，格外的愜意舒服。

The location is decent. We mostly used Didi to get around and most places were about 15–25 minutes away. We didn’t explore many shops or eateries nearby since food delivery via ******* was very convenient, and the robot delivered orders directly to the room. The room size was comfortable and the pillows were great. One thing to note is that you need to know how to properly adjust the air conditioning system, otherwise the room can become quite cold when the outdoor temperature drops. Housekeeping, however, seemed inconsistent. Amenities were not always refilled promptly, and we’re not sure why the extra blanket layer was removed during the first day of cleaning and never returned for the rest of our stay, even after we requested it. While the hotel is responsive via WeChat and replies quickly, the follow-up could be improved. For example, the TV network in our room did not work. A technician was sent to check, but after several attempts over three days, we were simply informed that it could not be fixed, and no alternative solution or recovery was offered. Overall, the stay was comfortable in terms of space and basic amenities, but service consistency and issue resolution could definitely be improved.

Great stay!!! Perfect location, close to the river, to Jianghan Lu, to subway station and so many other nice places in Hankou. Very comfortable and very well equipped room. And a super nice and helpful staff. An ideal hotel for those willing to enjoy the most of Hankou.

第一次獨自去武漢，選擇熟悉的橘子酒店！今天是續訂的，設施設備全，衞生打掃的乾淨整潔，服務態度也很好，早餐好豐富，離火車站很近，方便，節省出行時間，訂上火車票，步行幾分鐘就到了，從容自若！好

ホテルの場所は言うまでもなく、場所の中心部は簡単に見つかります。ビジネス地区やアトラクションまで徒歩圏内です。公共交通機関も便利です。外出して仕事をしたり遊んだりするのに時間と労力を節約できます。ドアには無料の駐車場があり、自動運転の観光客にとてもフレンドリーなので、駐車スペースを見つけるために余分なお金を費やす必要はありません。部屋は広としていて、照明と換気が良く、設備が整っていて手入れが行き届いていて、清潔で整頓されていて、臭いはありません。全体的な環境は静かでエレガントで、住むのはとてもリラックスできます。価格は手頃で、同じ場所にあるホテルと比較して費用対効果が高く、お金に見合う価値があります。スタッフは温かく丁寧で、チェックインとチェックアウトは効率的で、遅延せず、余分な待ち時間もありません。短期出張でも長期滞在でも、総合的な体験が満点で、すでに友達に勧められており、5つ星の賞賛に値します。

2泊連続で2回目の滞在を予約しました。 同じ部屋にアップグレードしてもらい、大変満足しました。窓際の部屋にアップグレードしてもらえました。静かで広々としていて、清潔で、臭いもなく、居心地の良い空間でした。キングサイズのベッドは大変快適で、柔らかくてぐっすり眠れる枕もありました。これもまた、また泊まりたいと思った理由の一つです。 エアコンは静かで、好みの温度に調節できました。主要道路に近いにもかかわらず、防音対策もしっかりしています。 部屋には高速Wi-Fiとテーブルと椅子が備え付けられており、快適に仕事ができました。 無料の荷物預かり、無料の洗濯・乾燥機サービス、午後2時までのレイトチェックアウト、そしてリクエストに応じてリーズナブルなレイトチェックアウトも提供してくれました。 前回同様、フレンドリーで若く、感じの良いスタッフ（Xiao Xu、Xiao Zhou、Xiao Zhangなど）が温かく迎えてくれ、最高のサービスを提供し、私の細かな要望にも応えてくれました。チェックアウト後、カフェで数時間仕事をさせていただき、ありがとうございました。次の旅行前に急ぎの用事を済ませることができ、大変助かりました。 中心部に位置し、周辺には多くの飲食店があり、地下鉄2路線の中間地点まで徒歩圏内という好立地で、リーズナブルな料金なので、ビジネス旅行者におすすめです。 エレベーターと共用エリアの空気をタバコの臭いで充満させないよう、空気清浄機や無臭スプレーの設置など、改善のご提案をさせていただきます。

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here, and would definitely stay again! It's located right next to the metro station, and while there aren't any quick convenient stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, there is a mall across the street. I chose this hotel because I had a concert at the Han Show theater which was a quick walk away. The quality of stay for the price is unmatchable. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and I spent a lot of time watching TV inside as well. The room itself has a smart butler, and with a smart TV I could also easily cast videos from my iPad to the big screen. They also have tasty orange themed snacks and even their toothpaste was minty orange gel (I also thought it was tasty). Though a couple of days I could smell a bit of smoke in the hallway, the hotel has a strict no smoking policy, which made me feel more comfortable (they provided a number you could call if there was smoking). The staff were all pleasant and I was also able to keep my luggage at the front after checkout, and take my time sightseeing around Wuhan before I left. (The metro stop is on the same line as the high speed railway station so you don't need to transfer, and also quick stops away from the East Lake scenic area, Yellow Crane Tower, Jianghan pedestrian street and more).

Very good place. The only thing lacking is that I can't use my own phone to share screen on the projector screen but it still have good music The hotel is clean, cleaning service everyday are coming. The service through wechat is fast and surprisingly the hotel is very comfortable However if the weather is unstable For example spring where it's very cold at night and very hot at noon The hotel doesn't have heater so it's a bit inconvenient. Elsewhere it's all good. Oh it'll be quite confusing to get into the apartment. It's at a hidden place behind the building. And the lift is very inconvenient it take a long time to go in and out the room waiting for the lift to arrive because it's located in a tall apartment building where everyone are using the same lift

①服務不貼心!10月7號晚上22點36分聯繫酒店前台説我怎麼也預約不到第二天大早上去高鐵站的出租車車，讓酒店能不能想想辦法，前台服務員一口咬定沒有接送站服務，在那麼情急的情況下一點也不給想辦法，給加錢也不想辦法，就把電話給我晾着，太冷漠了。 ②衞生收拾不徹底。有蜘蛛網，床欄後也是一片臟。每天服務員打掃完衞生浴室還是不乾淨。浴室一次性馬桶坐墊也不給。 ③房間設定不錯，空間大，舒心。
