SSpunkAmazing hideaway for couples, groups, or families. It's ideally located next to the lake, so you can swim at your own convenience. The owner was very accommodating with helping with transportation, so even though public transportation may be slow, she'll arrange with you to drop you off and pick you up from sightseeing areas nearby. She even took us home, 2 hours away when it was time to leave. The place is great. You'll have access to life jackets, canoes, and floaters. The general area has a kettle, a fridge to buy small quantities of water and cup noodles, and a charging area for your phone, though it would be more convenient if the tent room had its own charging area. Don't forget to bring a repellent and since it's a bit of a hideaway, be prepared to be the only ones there late at night if you choose a tent room. It's very safe though. I stayed there with two kids and we were perfectly fine. There's a surveillance camera in the general area and just outside the bathrooms. My only concern was the bathrooms. They need to be cleaned more often so they're prepared for the next users. Overall, it was a perfect getaway with amazing views and very good service, and conveniently located near sightseeing areas.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

✈✈️ Sonia ✈️Poor service attitude – booked for my boss and felt embarrassed I booked two rooms through Trip.com for my boss during their long business trip across multiple cities in China – one single and one triple. Two days before check-in, the hotel contacted me via the app and asked to connect on WeChat. I agreed, thinking it was just for easier communication. On WeChat, the hotel representative suddenly told me to cancel the booking because of an ”urgent maintenance issue.” However, I checked on Trip.com and saw that the hotel was still accepting new bookings for the same dates. Cancelling at the last minute (just before a weekend) would mean much higher prices for alternative hotels. After some back and forth, the representative said he would reply the next day, then later confirmed that check-in was fine after all. When my boss arrived at the hotel, there was no maintenance work happening at all. This made the whole situation feel dishonest and confusing. Worse, the staff member at the front desk wasn't even ready when my boss arrived – a cleaner had to call him out. He came out looking very sluggish and yawned loudly, which my boss found extremely rude and unprofessional. My boss arrived before the official check-in time and left luggage at the front desk. A few hours later, the same staff member kept calling and messaging nonstop, rushing my boss to come back and even asking if he could put the luggage inside the room without permission. My boss has stayed at many hotels but has never experienced such pushy and strange service. As the person who made the booking for my boss, I felt quite embarrassed. The attitude and handling here are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially business travelers.

The person in charge was very helpful, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. One of the biggest highlights is the location—right downstairs is Jianghan Pedestrian Street, filled with amazing food, shops, and convenience stores. It’s also within walking distance from Xunlimen metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Everything you need is just steps away! That said, it’s important to note that this is an old apartment building, so don’t expect hotel-style corridors. However, the building has its own charm, with several floors converted into cozy cafés and small businesses, adding a unique touch to the stay. Also, check-in requires contacting the person in charge, so be sure to arrange ahead. Didi will not send you straight to the building but stop at junction about 4-5mins walk away. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and an unbeatable location—perfect for travelers looking for convenience and a local experience!

SShardaleWe loved this apartment and its location was beautiful! The view was great. We are near many great restaurants and easy to walk to spots. Food can be delivered with ease. It was a self check in and super easy to navigate. We had good communication with the manager. They also provided free parking. It was pet friendly. The bathtub was great, the bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful!
